This is a totally untrustworthy company who stole my money. I would not do business with them. They did not deliver equipment and would not return my money. Total crooks.

This was a very bad experience I would not want any of you to repeat. I paid for equipment over 6 months ago. After multiple delays, they said they would refund my payment. Despite repeated attempts and promises, they still haven't credited my account. So - They took payment, failed to ship what I paid for, and have failed to credit my account - basically stealing my money.

Great company to do business with. Promptly responded to my initial outreach requesting information on a Stairmaster purchase; the entire sales process was super easy and they kept me updated on the shipping while the Stairmaster was being delivered. The machine arrived in immaculate condition and it works great. Can't say enough good things about Richard (who runs this company) and this organization.

Be careful, I warn you not to deal with this company and to do further research into them. I am not sure what is going on here but they appear to be selling items they do not have in stock at the very least, and holding people's money for long periods of time in order to try to find the item or something. It is a strange operation. Unless you can confirm they have your item in stock ready today, do not deal with this company. I was lied to on three separate occasions and they ended up holding thousands of dollars for months. Strongly advise you to avoid this company.

My experience with Fitness Warehouse, ********, ** is the worst experience I have had with any company in my 36 years of life so far. I purchased an item I believed was in stock and available, ready to be delivered as soon as possible. I was contacted by the company and told the item would be on its way in a week. What ended up occurring was the company strung me along for many weeks, holding my money and stating that my item would be dispatched imminently. Months ended up passing before I became extremely alarmed at being lied to regarding dispatch dates and it became apparent through contacting the company that they never had the item in stock. Therefore it appears they are running some kind of dropshipping operation, or selling items which they do not have in stuck and are yet to source but not being up front with their customers. I urge you to avoid doing business with this company at all costs and to read the experiences others have had, particularly the reviews on ****** as many people seem to have had extremely negative experiences with this company.

BUYER BEWARE...UNTRUSTWORTHY - Do not purchase "reconditioned" equipment from them. They do not honor their warranty. If you investigate Wisthoff Fitness Warehouse on the internet, you'll see that their BBB accreditation was SUSPENDED in the fall of 2021, yet their website still falsely displays a AAA+ rating! Do not trust them.I experienced repeated broken promises, literally dozens of unreturned calls from 3 different employees (Richard, Rich and Boris) and I still have an inoperable machine, over 18 months later.I purchased a "reconditioned" Precor Elliptical Trainer - 835 model. The unit arrived in June of 2020 with a dead battery, a flawed drive assembly, an error producing Elevation Motor (the ramp wouldn't operate correctly) and dangerously unstable arms (the pads we "walk" on). They initially conceded that the unit "should be replaced." Then they reversed course and "promised" to repair it.After a year of calls, one of the 3 major issues was eventually attended to - replacing the arms. During the replacement their technician actually over-torqued the bolt during the install and the bolt sheared 90 days later. The machine is now entirely inoperable. The other 2 issues were never attended to, even after committing in July of 2021 to ship the parts "next week." In January of 2022 they lied and said "everything shipped last week." When I challenged and asked for the tracking number - mind you this was after several unreturned phone calls - they confessed that "they were wrong and the parts didn't actually ship; they had the wrong parts"(yes, after 7 months of saying they'd ship within a week). They're either the most incompetent and overwhelmed employees or they're entirely deceitful. Either way, they're untrustworthy; but they can be trusted to take your money and charge your credit card.A perfect illustration of a Lose-Lose relationship. None of us benefited from this relationship.Terribly disappointed and cheated out of $4k. They can make this purchase right by refunding my money.

Kind of sketchy. Had good price online for a rower that I contacted about. Manager assured me they were authorized retailers. While asking another retailer if they could price match, they stated Wisthoff is in fact not an authorized dealer. I then contacted the maker of the rower directly about this who confirmed that they were not authorized.I would not trust a dealer who would lie about that kind of thing, especially on equipment costing thousands of dollars. Who knows what condition they come in or if it is a complete scam?

Thanks and compliments for service! When my twelve-year-old, long out-of-warranty elliptical was thumping and wobbling, I called Fitness Warehouse for advice. I reached Richard, who could have just told me it was time to replace it, but he sent me AJ, who patiently and clearly showed me where the problem was and how he was fixing it. Their attentiveness and knowledge saved me over a thousand dollars through inexpensive and expert repair. When I get to shopping for new equipment, I'll certainly keep Fitness Warehouse in mind.

I ordered a stairmill very early into the Covid situation. After a conversation with the charming owner and several other more local places I opted for Fitness Warehouse for good pricing and their charm. It's arrival was a scenic route for a host of reasons including COVD but the team of people, most especially Mike was dilligent and refused to give up despite a plethora of shipping snafus. pickups etc. I found Mike beyond helpful and would have been livid if he hadn't been able to problem solve to the extent that he did. Everyone I talked to at FW was honest, helpful and hopeful about the process.

The most difficult things to find during Covid-19...toilet paper, clorox, paper towels, purel and dumbbells. I've found it impossible to find dumbbells anywhere and finally found what I needed online, but that was weeks ago and they still aren't here. After trying to make do with my wimpy weights for a peloton bootcamp class I called Fitness Warehouse to see what they had in stock. I was delighted to hear they had weights of every size. I asked them how to purchase (I've basically forgotten how to shop during these times) and they told me to come on by. I put on my mask and gloves and made my way to Fitness Warehouse, which is open til 6pm during the week. I was greeted a few friendly men who showed me a few different options. I was thrilled they had had exactly what I needed and weren't price gouging the weights like the rest of the industry. They were also nice enough to throw them in my trunk for me. I stopped at weights, but they had tons of cardio equipment, balls, kettleballs, bands and everything else one needs for an in home workout. They weren't wearing masks themselves today so I was glad I had mine on, but kept a good distance and I felt safe shopping there.

We had a great experience with them. Helped us after house flood to take equipment apart and clean. Then, got us a new piece for much less than we could find on-line and gave us money for the parts on the damaged machine. Suffice it to say, we were thrilled.

Avoid doing business via the internet with Wisthoff's Fitness Warehouse. On Nov. 14 I purchased a Life Fitness 9500 HR elliptical machine. It was advertised in several places, including eBay -- $1499 including Free Shipping. I called the company direct and spoke to Joe (Pietro). We had several conversations and documented email exchanges. He billed me (incorrectly that day but corrected it next day) and we arranged to have TWO shipping services to be performed on or near January 5, 2018. I received CONFIRMATION of the services and that the contractors would be contacting closer to the date to arrange specific time.
