“I have been working with the Lincolnwood FastSigns location for several years now for office and real estate sign printing. They have always been great to work with and I am on a first name basis with most of the staff. Recently the store came under new ownership who has retained the excellent staff and I feel it is even better than before! Why, you might ask? I recently had a couple of vinyl real estate signs printed (6x4) and noticed that the colors were considerably more muted than expected. I was reluctant to bring this up with the staff but when I went to install the signs, they looked faded and lacked contrast between the lettering and background, making it hard to read and easy to miss when driving by. When I reached out to FastSigns, the owner seemed genuinely sad I had this outcome. He told be to bring the signs in and they would make it right and they did! To me the true test of a company is how well they handled a problem and they hit a home run with this loyal customer! They are a great group of people and I cannot endorse and recommend them enough!”
