The personal relationships that they form with their customers is such a refreshing way to do business. Shilpa and Tom are just fantastic - they seem to know everyone who walks in and they have the same professionalism and friendly demeanor with each and every customer, every time. Also, I've been to the drive thru at the other branches when I have my dog in the car with me and they always send a dog treat out for him with my deposit slip. Such a small gesture sets LFB from the other massive banks who have to seek out government assistance because their ridiculous fees aren't enough to keep them afloat. If you are tired of being just another number at your bank and not being able to talk to a human when you call, go see Shilpa or Tom!”
