Egregiously over priced ($165 for a Porta 400 - 5 Pack is bonkers). Scans are unfortunately inconsistent in quality and processing. Hours are challenging. Wish I could support local but 200% markup on film with the other annoyances just make it nearly impossible to feel okay about it.
UPDATE: I did change to 3 stars as the lab tech reached out and was understanding and apologetic as there was a clear issue with the chemicals that impacted my negatives/scans. They did their best to edit the levels and it was kind of them. The fact the chemicals were off and my film was impacted is not okay though and something that is unfortunate. I do however appreciate the customer service to help make it better with the edits and a replacement roll of Portra 400.

Took a couple of film rolls to be developed and broken camera lens. Cost they quoted to get camera lens fixed was more than it would cost you to buy a good second hand one on eBay. When I went to pick films up and ask about lens, guy acted like he was doing me a favor. Entire Phototronics experience was disappointing and I will not use their services or store again

Small neighborhood camera shop. Most of their business seems to come from film developing and printing. Somewhat limited selection of camera equipment. Very nice people.

I called them twice and both times they said they worked on go pros. So I drive a 1hr and a half to let them work on it all for them to say they won't look or work on go pros.Don't come here wasted my time and gas all for nothingterrible place if I could give negative stars I would

When to phototronics today because the buy Camaras, but when seeing that they are doing that call and schedule a time. I had no clue on that but they were super nice. And told me they have another time in May there doing that, cool . Shortly later they call me and said they have a cancelation at 12:30 ,would u like to come yes !! The gentleman doing the buying of the camera was awesome and helpful!

Came here to get some 35mm film developed. They did good work and had a very quick turn around but their pricing was VERY steep.

The quality of service has dropped drastically since the ownership changed. The owner Kieth was very rude and the pricing is outrageous. The owner Kieth seems miserable and projects it to both employees and patrons. Something is very wrong there. If less stars were an option I would give a -1.

Best camera store around especially for film. They develop on site with ridiculously fast turn around, occasionally same day! The scans are incredibly high quality and affordable can't recommend enough! All the employees are nice and very knowledgeable great for some good film advice.
