The Winnetka showroom is lovely and you are able to see many of Serena’s offerings on display in beautiful room settings. Their frequent sales offer good value. The staff is helpful - special thanks to Maggie for handling my rather complicated order with the utmost grace and professionalism!

My wife and worked with Lilly in the Winnetka, IL store to design and purchase two full rooms of furniture for our condo in Florida. Lilly was so very helpful and so pleasant to work with. She is highly familiar with the Serena & Lily line of furnishings and her assistance made shopping there quite pleasant.
