The washrooms at this location are absolutely disgusting.
They're never clean and they have a garbage can in the men's room for people to throw away their used toilet paper. It's a complete embarrassment. I can't believe the restaurants in the mall tolerate this level of filth.

A wonderful place, well built, full of interning stores and people. Prices are a bit much and a lot of vanity shops but there are some real good restaurants! Would for sure recommend.

This will be a long post because of the terrible experience and would like to warn others. This was my first time at Laundry Mall with my family and it was impressive upon walking in however that was not a lasting impression. I decided to get the kids a hot chocolate at the Starbucks and they were pleasant. I was with my two daughters, son, niece and mother. All the girls had to use the restroom so the barista kindly told us where the facilities were located. My mother and girls, one being under five, went back to the facilities where an attendant named Victoria had closed the bathroom to clean it. She spoke Spanish, which I do as well, so I spoke to her and asked nicely to please ( practically begged) let at least my small daughter use the restroom because she was about to have an accident. She told me that there was a bathroom in the front restaurant, I responded ok. I walk all the inside of the mall looking for said front bathroom and could not find it. I go back to the restroom where she was cleaning. I went back to ask where the front bathroom was and she responded "by the time I walked in circles around the mall I could have taken my daughter to the bathroom". I was taken aback because that response was completely uncalled for, I was not being rude in any way and just wanted to ask where the bathroom was she was sending us to. I am very upset but I walk away, leave the laundry mall. Thankfully I explained to a nail salon what occurred, please let my child use their facilities, and bless them they let her. I returned to the Starbucks to get the hot chocolates by this time they were colder and I take the kids to the car. My older daughter and niece have to use the restrooms and so I go check, 30 minutes have passed and I see her talking to two gentlemen that the restroom is closed, go to the front, then an older man and the same. I go back to my car and decide to give it a little more time, grab my mother a drink from Starbucks and check to see if my daughters could go to the restroom. I liked the area and wanted to explore the shops and location with my family. When I go back to Starbucks I ask the barista if there is a phone number for the mall itself where I could speak to someone about the rudeness my family and I experienced. They did not directly know however they did inform me that there was a number in the restroom for maintenance issues so I decided to go back towards the the restroom, by this time it has been 49 minutes with all the running around since the first encounter. I walk back and the poor older gentleman had returned to check and she turned him away again saying the bathroom was closed and told him she didn't know when she'll be done. I walked back and she went off on me saying it's still not open. I said to her she told us twenty minutes 45 minutes ago. She then begins to be just flat out rude and told me by this time I could have taken my kids to the bathroom at a gas station, restaurant, or just gone home (we are speaking Spanish so there was nothing lost in translation, everything I am saying is what she said to me). I asked her if she had a heart because she kept turning everyone away and that this was the only bathroom for the mall, I also told her I was not there to use the restroom, I was there to get the phone number inside the bathroom. She said ok I want the phone number to go ahead and get it but "I will not enter that bathroom" and pointed to the wall next to bathroom and she said go ahead and complain because she is going to complain about me. I couldn't believe it. I proceeded to call the number and got a return call back, unfortunately due to poor reception I was unable to fully explain what had occurred. It was completely uncalled for. My families first time there, looking for a little joy in these times and this is what we encounter. I appreciate all custodians and hard working laborers so I really hate saying anything bad because it is a hard, thankless job, but what occurred was uncalled for and put a damper on a nice morning.
