“Honestly, this one store is my favorite location. I have seen many of the staff come and go, but the main constant is Steve. He's always there. He knows his store inside and out. He'll take the time to help if you ask. I worry that he doesn't get the rest that he deserves. If I had the schedule, I'd join just to support him.
Sure, the store may not always have the stock you need. Sure, nothing is a dollar any more. But they remain a great store with decent prices. And they have Steve.”

“amily Dollar is a nice small store to go in and out to get things that you need.The location has had good service in the times that I have visited and have always had what I was looking for. It is pretty convenient being a smaller store to visit this store. If you are looking for a big variety of a certain product then you want to go elsewhere but generally there are a few different brands of each item to choose from.They do have a small alcohol selection as well. I look at this place like a small grocery store and small Walmart/Target in one place.”

“I love shopping here at this family dollar store plus it's close to my house the cashiers are really friendly never have no issues and if I do they will help me I feel like they All know me already especially since I go there a lot on my bike ? there's this lady short with long black hair and glasses she is really amazing I don't know her name but everytime she's in the register smiling and makes you feel comfortable I will continue to shop there that's for sure ?”
“Busy during noon hours. Some restocking issues but better than before. Mostly one cashier during busy hours between a 10-20 minute wait. Sometimes close early due to mismanagement.”
“I've been to all the dollar general's in my area. The one in Beach Park, Zion, Winthrop harbor, this one is the best stocked with lots of options also it's one of the only stores that doesn't have a lot of boxes in your way.”

“I often go to dollar General on Sheridan Road in Kenosha, WI. Last Friday July 5th, 2024, I stopped for a few items. The salesclerk, Gejuan assisted me. He not only helped me locate my items, but he was pleasant, and had a bubbly can-do attitude. You have a winner with that young man! Give him a raise!”
