“Got a new gravel bike and I just could not dial everything in right. What I tried in vain to do, Bob did with tremendous care and hard-earned expertise. Bob is top drawer when it comes to fitting you right on the bike. And the bikes in the shop! A lot of 'Oh, my!' 'Look at that!' From top end carbon jobs to old steel classics. Wheel Werks is a quality, old school 'let's take our time and do it right the first time' place. Toddle on over!”
“My son has an E Scooter and he crashed before winter. The handle bars are locked and I couldn’t get them to budge. Now that spring is approaching I was trying to find a place to fix it. This was 3rd place I called, the others wanted nothing to do with it. Christian answered and told me $100 to drop off and potentially $45 for labor and parts and they would keep it for a week. That was all fine by me. When I got there, he looked at it and putzed around with it right there on the sales floor and was able to get it unlocked immediately. He didn’t even charge me. He was awesome and could have just took it and charged me the full price. I had also heard him with a man while I was waiting and was servicing his e bike, he is knowledgeable and very detailed. I highly recommend this shop for any service needs or if buying an E bike. They have quite the inventory. Great service and thank you Christian.”
“I just bought a bike for my 7 year old son. The owner was extremely nice, the bike is awesome and I have one happy kid. Thank you, we will be back for more bikes in the future”
