“I accidentally backed into a rock and ended up with a small dent on my passenger-side door, which made an annoying sound whenever I opened or closed it. I brought it to Herrick Body Shop and was greeted by a friendly staff member who took a quick look and knew exactly what to do. They were super helpful and even gave me options to keep the costs down. It’s refreshing to find an honest and kind place like this in the auto service industry. “Had someone hit my rear bumper and I found BVA on Google search. SO GLAD I DID! Not only did they work with me when I asked if they could fix the bumper instead of a full replacement they kept my car when I had to go out of town.
Well, Nancy called me for an update on something while I was in the process of having a very bad morning and even gave an ear when I needed it. When I came back into town. Not only did they did a phenomenal job fixing the bumper, they waived my storage fee, AND even touched up the paint on my passenger wheel well from a grocery cart being dragged about 8 inches down the side at no charge. She said that it sounded like I was having a really hard time and that they just wanted to do something nice for me and they had the paint.
