Derek and team do great work and are very timely. Great communication and very good dealing with the insurance company. Also had them do some extra work at a later time and turned out great. Will be back if we ever need their help.

A big thanks to Derek and his team at C&A auto body for stepping up and helping a friend of ours that needed some urgent help getting his mobility van back on the road. The side door would only open about a foot then stop so Mike was unable to get his wheelchair into the van. Derek found the problem, ordered the part and the next day we were heading back to return the van to Mike. He was so happy to have his van back that fast and he was able to get on schedule with his therapy sessions. This is such a great story we wanted to share it. This is only one of the reasons why C&A auto body has been voted #1 auto body shop in Mchenry County for so many years. They do exceptional work day in and day out, this was above and beyond! Thanks Derek and the C&A team!!!!! Mike thanks you also!!!!

The work they did was very good, but they lied. When I went in for an estimate he said he would replace the rear quarter panel. A year later the wheel well is rusting. Contacted my insurance company and they never evan submitted for a new quarter. Would of excepted an explanation that the insurance company refused replacing the quarter panel. They just lied. Will never use again.

My good friends from Rosie's Lawn Service referred me to Derek and his crew. To say I was impressed would be an understatement. Derek went above and beyond to help me navigate the estimate process with my insurance. He called me and kept me in the loop of what was going on. I, wholeheartedly, appreciated everything C&A Autobody did for me and will definitely use them in the future if needed. I showed up to pick my car up today and was excited to see they even washed inside and out of my car. Great job guys! Thanks again!

This place is what businesses should model themselves after. Great face-to-face conversation, great communication, fair pricing and excellent quality.Where some of these “corporate“ body shops want three times as much, this place charges a fair price that blows these other “big box“ shops out of the water.

I just had my front bumper repaired and Dereck was amazing! I felt goor leaving my car with them and no bad vibes. So many other autobody places just want to rip you off! My car is beautiful and have referred him now to others!
