They need the old manager Shelly back to teach this new manager, how to treat the local customers. Pricing and advertising are always inconsistent. The store manager will verbally tell you something is on sale you will grab that item and see the sale signs . She will go to ring you up and say nope sorry I lied. It's not on sale. You should honor what you are telling your customers and honor the prices you have advertised. This is the only store manager that makes up lies and excuses, and says she can't override a price or give a discount which we all know is not true. Take the drive to the next nearest store. This one has lost another customer.

GREAT store. Customers who think we suck and leave us bad reviews still come here anyways and are stuck in wondertucky so does their opinion even matter???(probably not to answer the question)

2 times I've gone to this location and found week old milk in the coolers. First time it wasnt till i got home and check 2nd time inwalked in looked at the date and walked out. Ever since sandy has left, this location is going down hill check your item dates before purchasing here

The employees Stone.....was holding his dinner plate in one hand.....chewing while talking to me..... Didn't even put the plate down.. scanned my stuff put in a bag put my change on the counter took another bite of his food as he shoved my receipt in the bag and walked away.. yeah I think I'll go to the McHenry store from now on who allows her employees to do this what a joke.... Wouldn't even give them one star but I couldn't post my review without adding a star

Why are customers being turned away 10 minutes before the store is even closed? Told they are about it close the registers…but they had not yet and refused to allow a purchase. This makes no sense to me.

I went there at 8 and it wasn't open. I waited another 5 minutes, then 2 more people showed. They called the store and no one answered, here I am at 8:20 and no one is still here. This ABSOLUTEY UNACCEPTABLE and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

This place is a joke now. Went by in the middle of the afternoon on a Wednesday, and the store is closed. The store seems to be closed more than it's open lately. Not to mention the manager is also rude and clearly can't run a store. She needs to be fired and replaced with someone that doesn't chase off workers and doesn't close the store when she feels like it.

Very convenient and large assortment of items. May be a cleanliness problem though, my grandson picked up a can of fruit and a cockroach ran out! We informed the manager and she was very upset. Hopefully she is doing something about this problem.

Really funny I'm filling out a thing I got in my email about Dollar General in general. I am definitely talking about this store because it's a great place to go, can go in and out real quick or you can spend some time in their. The prices are fine, they have a decent amount of coupons that last longer than a week lol and their weekly ad. Always seems clean inside and out. THUMPS UP!!!!
