Wow worst customer service I had ever experienced. My poor mother and grandmother who was 80 years old. Went to exchange a few items today because there is $50 worth of products they have to return but cannot return due to the return policy. They have to be exchanged. They cannot go on a gift card per the manager just a few days ago and that was acceptable for us. We decided it was okay,We could just return them over time or the manager said we can do it all in one go, and now today we get accosted by the person checking us out an older lady with brown hair telling us she had more important things to do. She was busy and had places to be that did not include her doing this- she had to help customers because apparently we were no longer customers i.e.: her job doesn't require her to exchange products or you know check out customers and help them. That's not in her job description. Poor excuse for customer service and sheer laziness, you cannot even get a hold of somebody over the phone and completely understandable as to why nobody will continue coming to this establishment...If these are the people they have working for them completely rude and unnecessary,do better.

Went in for large, roasting mallows and didn’t see any on the shelf. I asked the cashier if I’d maybe missed them and she, without pause, said let’s go look. We didn’t see any on the shelf and she went in the back and found some for us! The store was a little slower at the time so we are grateful for that. She just gave such wonderful customer service! 👏🏽

Love that they have a dollar tree in wonder lake now but hate the worker always seems annoyed to have to ring people out. I get having days where you don't want to people but it's everytime.

It's great to see this store get some nice new employees. When they first opened they had an employee always standing out front smoking cigarettes which lingered into the front of the store with her everyday. Looks like and smells like she does not work there anymore thank goodness. I visited the store the other night and was greeted by a nice pleasant employee that didn't smell like cigarettes so I stayed a little longer and spent twice as much than I usually do. Thank you for the new store employees that are respectful of the businesses front entrance.

really good deals on everyday Walmart, type stuff. food to hair ties, laundry detergent to tooth brushes. a little bit of everything.

I’m on the road, daily for my job, and visit many of these stores. This is the most organized, stocked, and clean stores I’ve ever been to. Customer service is top notch. I’ve been in the service industry for over 20 years and my eyes and ears are always open. I rarely write reviews, but this was a must. Well done you guys

Glad it's there but once again today blonde older lady that is relatively new is just plain and simply rude , not sure why or what the issue is seeing I'm always polite but I'm finally speaking up on it . Used to be my go to now I just feel like I'm on eggshells everytime I walk in . The other crew that used to work there was always really friendly they unfortunately left due to things that were going in at this location - definitely miss them . It was much more welcoming and comfortable.

Wow. This Dollar Tree is the best one I’ve ever been to. Stocked to the max with everything The Dollar Tree is known for. Looking for items for social media DIY crafts? No problem. New arrivals. Yep. Go and enjoy shopping here. You won’t be disappointed. Shoutout to Jozie, who is a really nice, friendly, helpful employee. I hope this store stays as nice as it is now.
