In regards to their managers, very rude bank. Negative experience as a potential customer over the phone, shared with their management who clearly had very little to say about how rudely they treat people. Happy to work with anyone but this bank.

Very, very rude customer service. I was told by one representative to come into a branch to open a checking account, and I was then transferred to a manager, Crystal Glade, who was extremely rude when I asked about my checking account and asked if I was a "group" who takes advantage of banks? I have no idea what she was talking about or if she was confusing me with someone else, and I fully regret even trying to open a checking account with this unprofessional company. She also refused to let me speak to her manager to share my experience until I asked several times, which was very strange. Overall, completely taken aback by how rude and unprofessional this bank was - they don't deserve anyone's business.

Best banking experience, they are always friendly and willing to go above and beyond. Love this bank, I would never go back to chase or any other bank. Small town banking where everyone knows your name and customer service that handles everything to the tee. Plus their mobile app is great.
