Alpha Billards made a dream come true for our father who just turned 95. He recently moved into a Senior Living facility that didn't have a pool table. We were able to raise the funds for one. Marcen and Alpha gave us a very good price. Marcen was compassionate, very helpful and helped us choose a table that would fit into the decor of the Sernior Living Facility. He also got the table to us in time for the birthday surprise. The movers were very professional. The pool table is beautiful and high quality! The Senior Living facility is ecstatic. This table will provide playing joy for many for years to come. AND it put THE BIGGEST smile on our father's face when we surprised him with it! thank you Alpha Billards for making this happen!

Great company to work with for a used pool table. They are fair on the price, and what I loved most was that they delivered, installed, leveled the table and put on new felt. The used table also came with balls, racks, cue sticks, chalk. Would highly recommend someone using them instead of trying to buy one on the secondary market and then trying to figure out how to take apart and install a table yourself. Both guys were very courteous and kind installing it at my house!

Exceptional customer service and quality of work. I had hired a company to move and re-felt the table but they were unable to finish the job saying the table was too old and could not find the replacement parts needed for some parts they broke while taking the old felt off. Ted's extensive experience (owner) allowed him to easily customize the parts needed and for a fair price offered to finish the job and also replace the bumpers with new ones. While working on it Ted found out that the table had not been leveled correctly, the slate joints had not been sealed at all and the incorrect screws had been used while assembling the table and for no additional charge corrected all the issues allowing for a fantastic finished table.

Excellent service and quality. I got a table re-felted with these guys, they’re very professional and do great work. The job was done super fast with no mess and the table looks brand new. I will be coming back to them for any and all pool table needs.

These guys are great! The quality of their work is A+. They replaced the rails/bumpers, felt, re-seamed the slate and balanced the table for a very fair price. This repair work was completed on a 90 year-old table - it is now playable for the first time in over 10 years and it looks beautiful. I strongly recommend them!Thank you-Terry & Jill (Murphy) Grady

These guys are awesome. I asked them to move a one piece Brunswick table. Another local company came out and said it was impossible. These guys got it done with no problems, just grit and hard work. I would use them again any time.
