This place charges top dollar for low quality and basically no quality control. I’ve received boxes of business cards that are so poorly printed and cut. Stickers that the backs won’t peel and some not even cut deep enough.
I also received a few items that Jeff pitched to me as something they made in house. After receiving it was very obvious that was a lie as a different company’s logo was all over the box with a shipping label to alphas address.
I’m usually not the person to leave review but Jeff and this place just left a bad taste in my mouth. Use to be a great place but seems to be running into the group over the last few years.
I stopped in one day and the place was a mess. Stuff everywhere every employee was glued to their phones. Seems like a very hostile environment as the boss walks by all employees scram and hide

Love Alphagraphics ! Have not needed the service in years, sent in a request and received an email that day. The next day, I received a follow up with a draft. Once I approved the order, it was ready for pick up within hours! Could not have been happier with the product as well as with their customer service.

It's always a great experience working with Alpha Graphics. They're fast and very responsive to any of my inquiries, whether it be for flyers, business cards or any other job needed. They can assist with digital art if needed, and they have a quick turn around time, allowing me to get some last minute work done, stress free!
