“I reached out to rainbow about a glass table top for a wood buffet table, and they did an amazing job! Since the buffet table was a weird shape, they sent someone out to do a custom pattern. They cut the glass and then brought it back and installed it with little circular rounds so it wouldn’t slide around. The whole process took about a week, and everyone I encountered was professional and incredibly nice! Would highly recommend and will definitely be using them again for custom work in in the future”

“Great windshield replacement, but a few useful suggestions for the team!
I recently had my windshield replaced here, and I am very satisfied with the quality of the installation. The team did a highly professional job, and the new glass looks perfect. I’m giving them 5 stars for the technical work, but I have three constructive suggestions to make their service even better:
1. Provide realistic time estimates: Please give customers more accurate timelines for the job. When a promised 1 hour and 15 minutes turns into a wait of nearly 3 hours, it completely disrupts your plans for the day. It’s much better to be transparent about the actual time required from the start.
2. Warn customers about old wiper blades: It would be incredibly helpful if the shop explicitly warned clients before they drive off that using old, worn-out wiper blades on a brand-new windshield can easily scratch the fresh glass. A quick heads-up would be a fantastic addition to your customer care.
3. Customer service: It would be great if Hannah could be a bit more friendly and welcoming when communicating with customers. A warmer, more positive attitude at the front desk would make the overall experience absolutely flawless.

“Recently, I accidentally pulled off my gas cap cover on my car when it got stuck, I decided to stop at A-Z Auto Repair and talked to Robb Schultz the owner and told him about the problem with my car.
Although Robb was busy also dealing with other customers, he took the time to come outside to my car and manually got the gas cap cover on my car.I wanted to give Robb compensation,a little cash for his time.
He outright refused and asked me to bring in my car for any future service I needed.
A-Z had been around for over 60 years,three generations of family ownership.
I've known Rob's uncle Rick for many years.

“We just had the most incredible experience working with the Tesla Collision Center in Elk Grove Village. My 2018 Tesla M3 was side-swiped by another driver. I was overwhelmed by the high level of customer service provided by this business, from scheduling an appointment, giving us information about rental cars, frequent updates on the repairs being completed, and the pick up, payment, and drop off of the rental car when the repairs were completed. The two associates that stand out were Salman and Alexandra. These two were so patient and kind in answering our many questions and walking us through the process. Thank you so much to them and all those that worked behind the scenes to make my car look like new again. They did a perfect job and cleaned the car inside and out before returning it to us. “I came to Fox Valley Glass after a rock suddenly hit my car's windshield while driving on the highway a few months ago. Fox Valley has professional staff that were helpful from start to finish.
Fox Valley was transparent on their fees and how the auto insurance claim process worked early on. It was easy to turn my car in and they replaced my windshield within a couple of hours. They also answered any questions I had throughout the process.

“Clean waiting room, salesman was helpful made appointment and they were prompt. My lug nuts gave them a problem,I drive a F150 with caped lug nuts and they were rounding when trying to remove them, I was fortunate they had old ones and replaced the bad ones so I will have to replace the lug nuts with solid ones. Like the shop just wish they had a closer location to me.”
“I took my car to this body shop because my sun roof was dipped in in the front and they took a look at it. The brackets that held it up somehow got loose and it just needed to be raised up and tightened. They did not charge me anything and it's great customer service that they did that for me for free. This review is the least I can do for them in return.”

“Just got my Ram 2500 back. WOW!! Not only did I get a great paint job and body repair but I swear they detailed my truck.
Neighbor asked me if I got a new truck, I told him no then he asked if I got it painted. I was worried about the paint match, my truck is 12 years old. They did a fantastic job.

“These guys are a well-oiled machine! Frank is easy to work with and straightforward. I had a small crack repair in the fall. My son just suffered a large crack necessitating a windshield replacement on a drive up from the southeast. Had to get it replaced before he turned around to head back, and that was done with 2 days notice.
The two man team that replaced the window were quite clearly proficient and efficient. After they left, the second team arrived to calibrate the lane departure sensors, also a knowledgeable and competent team.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again, and I trust them!”
