It’s of course part of a larger NFC network, but seemed focused on being a blessing to the Villa Park community. Tom Bortheroyd used money solely dedicated for the chapel use, then used some of that money for the roof, tried to hide that he did that, and tried to justify it by saying the chapel didn't warrant the money because there wasn't enough people going there, while also trying to stop people from going there.
