I am very dissatisfied with this company. We originally got our machines from Vend Pro who sold to Compass Vending. We were never notified of this and our cards that we could load money on longer worked so if we had loaded money on it, we lost it. Had we been notified we could have stopped using the cards. People continued to load money on them even after the sale because we weren't notified. The would only load half our machine with product leaving a lot of empty spaces and would let stuff run out, even though they are notified what is sold and running low. I decided to switch companies due to the poor customer service. I have been fighting with them for a week now to get their machines out of my building. We have been put on the schedule multiple times yet no one shows up. I call to inquire and am given the run around. My new machines are showing up today and the old one are still in place. I told them I would be rolling the machines outside to leave at this point because I have no other choice. The person on the phone just said OK. I guess they don't value their own equipment. I would discourage anyone from doing business with this company they have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

This company operates a cafeteria where I work "Indiana packers" . The people they employ do a real bang up job . The server's don't know how to smile or properly interact with their customer base . I mean seriously it's not hard to say thank you or your welcome . The food is seriously lacking in both taste and just originality . No one likes eating the same chicken on a pizza that was used for a different dish the day before . Ohhhh and you can't make pasta in large quantities . It drys out and is rubbery . Yet they continue to do this with the pasta . Working at packers you only get set time for brakes . So it's pretty irritating when you're waiting in a line during lunch to be served what ever bearly edible concoction they whipped up . And they " the server's" skip over you after a ten minute wait . And give some one else the food you had waited for . After today I will be bringing my own lunch and snacks to work . Lazy people & lazy service

Kristen’s name is on the list to call for service so I called her and she bit my head off I guess they don’t really know too much about customer service

Phone number listed just keeps ringing with no answer. How do we schedule an appointment to pick up?
