The staff here is so helpful, they make sure they have my meds when they are due. They are very good at everything. Ada the pharmacist goes above and beyond to help her customers. They take a couple of moments to speak to people and make sure the understand their meds. They are the best.

Pharmacists and staff are kind, helpful and professional.I didn't feel rushed when being helped. Staff took an extra step to help me find a copay card which they offered to do, I didn't even have to ask.

Have had all vaccines and prescriptions filled at CVS. The pharmacists are very knowledgeable and friendly. Have made appointments for the vaccines and were always on time.

This CVS is inside a Target in Wood Dale at 401 W. Irving Park Road. I've been going to CVS since they first opened many years ago. It was a very easy decision to leave Walgreens! I usually always have good interactions with CVS. Though over the last 10 months I've run into some issues with other CVS's filling my monthly maintenance medications because it goes against their beliefs. But this particular CVS in Wood Dale has been AWESOME! The pharmacists that work at this one are simply GREAT! They are very prompt when I take my scripts here and it usually takes no more than 30min. Compared to other CVS's where they'll say "it'll be ready in 5hrs" or so. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this CVS! To the pharmacists working at this location I wanna say, thanks for being so kind, thoughtful, understanding and prompt! Thanks very much!
Ada the pharmacist at this location is the absolute best and has patient care as her very top priority with making sure patients get their medication and that they understand everything. She's so dedicated and often has to work the pharmacy alone but has a great attitude and a smile no matter what! I only go here to see Ada for one of my medications because other pharmacists have had issues filling my maintenance medication because it goes against their beliefs. Ada all the way!

moved the A team up to greys lake and brought in migrants from India. two scripts altered from what the doctor intended, prescriptions not in after a notification they're ready... rotten customer service. hire American only not this imported trash

It's true.they don't answer the phone. I have waited as long as 2 hours and no one answers. Their website is worse. Taking my business elsewhere.

They do NOT answer the phone at this pharmacy during working hours, and their systems are messed up as well. Despite having my correct phone numbers, no texts were received, but an automated phone call was received at the cell number three days after a prescription was called in.
