Arrived at the location, Antonio was at the front desk. What great customer service. He welcomed myself and family to the hotel. Very accommodating and helpful. The rooms are very clean as is the hotel. Had a great stay. Will be coming back.Rooms: Rooms are big and very clean.

Absolutely horrible front desk customer service. Yolanda - instead of helping to resolve the issue I experienced, instead gave me the run around. She asked me to contact a third party. I did. They told me what they could work out with the hotel to amend my reservation. I ended up having to contact the 3rd party twice per Yolanda's instructions - only for Yolanda to tell the third party "Oh, well only my manager can amend the reservation and she's not here today." That would have been helpful to tell ME before I ended up wasting a half hour on the phone with the 3rd party she told me to call. Never using this hotel again. If check-in can't be simplified, and if front desk staff are not willing to help - I can find a cheaper hotel somewhere else.

Hilton is my favorite hotel to stay at. I was visiting a friend in this area for the weekend. The rooms itself are okay but found the bathroom small.The front desk staff were friendly. However, as a Hilton's member, make sure you find out the details of any rewards programs . It was not made clear to me when I came in checked in. I also asked for rooms next to each other and that didn't happen and not because they couldn't it was because the person who picked the rooms made a mistake. The person working at the breakfast station was very rude, something I've never experienced before at a Hilton hotel. I will be back in this area, but I don't know that I would come back to this hotel. Update I did just try to call Erica at the desk, said the manager was out but was willing to assist. I really was looking for someone who replied to my review.Rooms: They were just okay, but small bathrooms.Food & drinks: The breakfast was actually very good. The service person was rude.

I was really disappointed they didn't have a hot tub, although it was listed in the amenities. Other than that, it was nice hotel for the price.

Kinda in the middle of nowhere, got back 12/2 to all the lights in the hotel flickering nearly causing a seizure. No microwaves in rooms. Feels dated and unclean for some reason. Fire alarm kept chirping.Rooms: Kinda outdated, blankets have holes, they shift on the box springs.

Management does not respect the customer's right to self defense, or suffers from Hoplophobia. Either way, this will be my first, and last stay here.

It’s outdated. No working refrigerators. The cleaning is very suspect. The front desk young lady was cool. Not worth the money.Rooms: Outdated not clean odor bed spreads are old and worn out.

This hotel is trash!!!! I am a Hilton honors member and have been one for over 5 years. I have frequent this hotel many times in the past and never I have I experienced this hotel being so trashy. When Jo Jo was the manager the hotel was ran smoothly, if there were ANY issues with the rooms, service or bill she immediately took care of it with a smile and apologetic for any inconvenience!! The current staff…trash!! With the exception of Deanna the rest of the staff is rude and not accommodating! The location is great and very close to the airport that’s the only 4 star rating I’m giving this hotel!! Let me start with the rooms, every room I stayed in this summer the air conditioning unit leaked causing the carpet to be very wet! Every sink leaked from the top so be prepared for your things on the sink to get wet!! The ant problem they had was horrible!! I couldn’t leave anything on the tables!! When I complained about the ants I was told it must be because of the season and every one living in the area have ant problems! As far as the air conditioning issue as well as the sink leaking I was told they would look into it! If you’re not white be prepared for the restaurant server to immediately ask you for your room number and the bill be given to you as soon as you serve yourself breakfast and sit down!! My husband and I have literally watch them do that to every person of color! When someone white would come have a sit, they immediately ask if they wanted coffee and treated them as you would any customer and the bill was given after their breakfast was eaten!! All I can saw is stay there with caution!!

This DoubleTree is alone in its area. For the outside looks great, but it's a little old and dated on the inside.They have a small bar and restaurant. The food and drink credits for gold and diamond members won't even cover a burger or an omelette.The room was good and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Plenty of water pressure. But the toilet kept running. Had to fix the arm chain more than once.My biggest complaint is the total lack of power. Most of the lamps and furniture did not have plugs. I had to move the desk and couch and unplug the lights just to plug in my laptop or phone.

Honestly. Probably one of the worse experiences. I travel occasionally to Chicago to eat Spanish food and enjoy family time.Don’t recommend this hotel:Unlucky us the fridge was not working properly. We came in put our drinks in the fridge and a few hours went by and everything was still hot on a 90 degree day. To make our experience worse the room has no microwave, there is only one microwave for the whole floor. I had to walk back and forth to warm up milk and food for the kids . To be honest this is the first time i see a hotel that has 1 microwave for a whole floor of over 20 rooms. When we spoke to reception the inly options given was 2 buckets of ice or bring the drinks down to the main floor with the workers. We were not offered a different room or nothingWith this being said . I will not be staying here again.Rooms: No microwave. Fridge not functioning right
