The owner, Natalia and her team were prompt, courteous and professional throughout the whole experience! We had an extensive phone call to begin where I described my vision and was particular about every meticulous detail which did not intimidate her in the least! “WOW! We hired Phillips for our wedding, and the flowers were absolutely amazing. Many guests commented on how unique and beautiful the ceremony arrangements were. I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted for my centerpieces, but Cyndi understood our vision and created the perfect design. To top it off, I had an issue with my dress that Cyndi overhead and jumped in to fix it...talk about full service! I can't recommend Phillips enough for stunning flowers and incredible service. During the first meeting, Justina provided me with a detailed and organized quote that listed all of the flowers ordered and inspiration pictures of each one. This was very helpful for me throughout the wedding planning process and helped make sure that nothing was missed and that we both had the same understanding of what was expected. We had a couple of meetings leading up to the event where Justina went through all of the details with me again and made any necessary changes. Then finally on the wedding day, everything was delivered and set up timely, exceeding my expectations. All of the bouquets, reception centerpieces and church decor looked beautiful. We received so many compliments and they came out beautiful in pictures.”
