“Liliana was a very supportive employee when I told her in some areas of the wshing machine needed cleaning. The laundry mat needs to maintain consistent cleaning in each shift to avoid the hassle of customers telling employees to clean in current area.”
“We needed to wash five comforters. The young lady working that day was very helpful in explaining how to use the machines. The laundromat was extremely clean. The young lady was wiping down all of the machines and cleaning out all of the lint traps as soon as as customer was finished with the machines.
I highly recommend this facility.”

“I really like washing my clothes here . It’s very clean and the young lady Karla is super nice and very helpful. She has great customer service. I would definitely recommend this laundry mat to my friends. I the hours open are the best. I went to wash today Dec31-25 at 3:42. sorry to say when I came in I almost fell on a dam towel on the floor. All the dryers were taken . I asked the lady that works here . if she take on the clothes so I can dry my clothes. Sadly so say ?. There were two ladies that had clothes in the dryer and took some out and left the other dryers with clothes. I work and I am tired I went to go in and out. You should have sign everywhere if you leave and your clothes are in the dryer and they are finish you have to take them out. I will not be back . The lady in the service desk is not nice . Well two ladies came in after 20 minutes to take out their clothes.”
“Recently I use to go to laundromats were I was spending close to $15 a week on washing clothes,blankets and my towels. Because of that I decided to look for cheaper alternatives. I came across this location, because it’s close by and people said it’s cheap and it very much is. I paid $3 for a medium load and two towels and the clothes came out very well. They also predominately have Speed Queens and that’s something that made me stay here. In total my whole trip costed me $5 and I will be returning here from now on for EVERYTHING. Found my new spot and grateful that they keep the prices so low.”

“I was happy with the dry cleaning and the careful way they hang the clothes however I had a suit jacket with wrinkles remaining on the front. The ladies are very nice and they have lots of work so I said nothing. My guess is that this probably doesn't happen often. I had many items dry cleaned and had issues with only one garment. I'll be back there for sure.”
“The owner is the nicest guy. He has a group of regulars and he was helping them switch their clothes and fold them. He helps carry your baskets out. He even offered me a snack. I drive a truck over the road and when I’m here I feel like I’m at home. I try to go when I’m in town sometimes just to visit and catch up!!”

“The washers and dryers work really well here, and it's pretty clean overall. I saw staff walking around pretty consistently, either cleaning the floors, maintaining machines not in use, or otherwise keeping things running smoothly.On the downside, the touchscreens on the card machines seem kinda janky. It took me several attempts to buy a new card with the amount I wanted on it. Also not a fan of the really drab, gloomy grey interior. They also have a LOT of TVs with the volume turned WAY up. Couple this with the echo from the high ceiling and it can get incredibly noisy in here. Also they have a vending machine for snacks, but no drinks, strangely. Guess you can get something at the Jewel nearby if necessary.4 stars overall, decent place to go when I have more laundry than the tiny stacked unit in my apartment can handle.”
“This service from Hawthorne is so over the top I had to post a review. They offer free pickup and delivery which is awesome. We have to get clothes turned around quickly because of a job where my husband travels. Always accommodate the quick turnarounds with a smile. A few weeks ago, my husband forgot to pick up a suit he needed for the next day and they were closed. He left a message and the owner herself actually personally delivered them to our house after business hours. Just incredible. Can't say enough about the service and kindness!Services: Delivery”
“CleanTopia is so amazing and they are so helpful and professional. Highly recommend it. I have 2 hairy golden retrievers and 4 delinquent boys (so you can imagine that my house gets EXTREMELY dirty quickly). One day, my sons decided to have a paintball fight in the house (without my CONSENT), so the couch was full of stains. Thankfully CleanTopia came to the rescue and saved my couch from complete ruin. “LOVE Smart Wash! I’ve been using their wash and fold service for over 5 years as my apartment building doesn’t supply decent washer/dryers. I come every week and have the best experience. Clothes is always clean same day and folded beautifully I just need to put them away when I get home. Cannot say enough good things about this place. I usually see Amalia who is amazing since I drop my clothes off the same day every week but the whole team is great!”

“I stopped in here to wash some sheets and a comforter that I bought for my son, as he just moved to Lombard from Naperville. This is a great Laundromat! The lady that works here was so helpful and made sure that I knew exactly what I needed to know about using a fast card, coins or a debit card. It is all very convenient. I was so happy not to have to deal with coins. This place is very clean and love that Ace Hardware is next door along with a great restaurant.”
