I had a very fabulous experience. My son's car needed tires, but his tires were locked & no key. Niazi took the time to help me out, even though it seemed grim. I am so grateful for the personal time he took to work on the tires & get me on my way. After that, I will be definitely returning for all our tire needs. So satisfied with the price also. Highly recommend!

I have been taking both mine and my girlfriend's vehicle to this location for 3 years now and have no need to go elsewhere. They are thorough and fair. Niazi and Dill are the most sincerely hospitable people in the auto industry that I've ever known. Niazi has decades of experience and knowledge. I would recommend this location to anyone in a heartbeat. The 3.9 star review they currently have is B.S. 5 star in my book.

If you plan on bringing your car here make sure you know how to use the bus and trains because it won't run once the unqualified mechanics tamper with it. Literally will give your sports car to a guy he just hired from the street for engine repair.

Got a flat going to the office, they were the closest shop. It was 5pm when i got a flat, had my wife call the shop and she spoke with the owner Mr. Niazi. Thanks to him we were able to make it to our office on time in Schaumburg. He kept his shop open passed 6pm. Got brand new tires and we were on our way. Thank you Mr. Niazi, you are definitely there helping people and doing your job well. Keep up the great service and we will definitely be coming back for future services.

They will use the wrong spec oil 5w-30 instead of 5w-20 to save maybe 50 cents or a dollar a quart. Ruined my car after messing up the replacment of my valve cover gasket and using wrong, cheaper oil. When asked if the person who worked on the car knew what he was doing I was told that it was his first time changing the valve cover gasket. Still they will blame your car and that it was just a coincidence that it broke down right exactly after you drove it out of the shop even though it was running fine before.

Brought tire in, it was a defective tire that they put on my car. Cut inner side wall, tire is garbage and unsafe. Yah give us an hr they said. No problem I come back after 1.5hrs after not hearing from them. Got there, dude told me it's gonna take another hr, tire didn't move. 10mins later my tire was ready. I can promise you, my car will never go back to this place.Stay away from any Firestone in this area, they are all terrible, you get overcharged, and the employees are crooks. Done with Firestone

I like the staff here, they're all nice and helpful. That said, I cannot recommend it. Took my car in to get my brakes fixed up a few weeks ago, and when I left I had a wobbling sound. Well it turns out they forgot to tighten the lugs on my front left wheel. Not under-tightened, completely UNtightened. I could unscrew them with my fingers. If it were something smaller that was overlooked, I wouldn't care in the slightest. But completely forgetting to tighten a wheel on a car? Come on guys

I had a flat tire after work one day and this was the closet place that could repair it quickly and I’m very happy it worked out that way because I ended up getting my headlight fixed here too.
