The facility in Woodale Illinois continues to lose my packages every single time I ordered one. Almost previous package has literally sat there for 11 days until I turned it in and then it miraculously started moving. However they sent it to an entirely different state when it was supposed to be delivered to me today. If you can I highly recommend using UPS fedex or even a magic carpet before using the usps

Pat was incredibly kind and helpful! Even though I arrived 10 minutes late for my passport appointment, she assisted me with the most positive attitude. She was multitasking—helping others as well—but still remained attentive and made sure I was taken care of. Thank you so much, Pat!

Best postal office,
Ms. Diamond is the manager and she went above and beyond locating my lost mail even though it wasn’t lost at her office, she helped me. It was lost at Carol Stream and no one at that office picks up the phone.

I'd give no stars this is the worst post office I've ever been to. 1 clerk line is backing up and the clerk Michael is the worst. Get more staff the wait is absurd 30 minutes to mail an envelope and you have to wait in line to get it. What a joke.

Absolutely appalling experience at the passport office!
One of the representatives was incredibly rude, yelling at us over a minor mistake on the application instead of politely asking us to correct it. To make matters worse, he canceled our appointment on the spot.
But what really took the cake was when he did the exact same thing to another couple - this time, because they didn't have a second copy of their birth certificate.
It's staggering that someone so clearly lacking in basic customer service skills is working in a role that requires interacting with the public. A little kindness and understanding go a long way!

I went 5/7 to do the paperwork to get my son his passport. Michael was there to help. I noticed that he was like that with everyone that came in which was a great thing to see as not all USPS workers are nice( I have experience first hand the unwelcome feeling) .Thank you Michael for being kind!
