Casey's at 331 E Edwardsville Rd in Wood River, IL is an excellent spot featuring the best pizza in the area and the world. The pizza is fire, one of the best, with made-from-scratch dough, real mozzarella cheese, and the freshest toppings. It is really good, better than other major chains, and fairly priced. The location also offers great appetizers, sweet treats, awesome fresh baked stuff, tons of refreshments and snacks, drinks, and a variety of household essentials and groceries. There are plenty of fuel pumps for quality fuels with generally no waiting in line. The staff is always nice, polite, professional, and hard working. This Casey's is a great go-to spot for pizza delivery and pickup, especially in the mornings, and whatever you need, Casey's is here to help.
The employee that helped me was awesome..she was kind and very helpful..if u don't have the Casey's app u need to get it bcuz u can get all kinds of free stuff with it..

I loved stopping here on my way home from work at the hospital in Granite City. I miss doing that in the mornings once or twice a month at least. Pizza from there in the mornings is 🔥.🫶🔥🤩
