They will sell you junk. Bought a Kia and they knew it had engine problems. Didn't tell me about recall and now 3years later I have a seized up motor and can't drive it. They will do nothing to help. Should have known car was junk they were eager to sell it.

Scheduled a drive for a car, arrived and enjoyed our seller given to us. He was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We took the drive and we enjoyed the ride. Car fax was given and we decided that the price did not meet the car fax specs. We learned that they do not negotiate. We were told that $15 dollars more a month was nothing. You will not deal with anyone who can make a final decision so plan to wait while they play the game. We left and I bought new at another dealership. We were thrilled with the person who showed the car, happy with the person who reached out from development. The magic oz who hides and makes decisions was a bit much.

Was gonna come buy the grey high country suburban on Mondya for the wife as a present. But, no chance of that happening since the company decided to pull the plug on free speech. That's the only thing musk was doing with Twitter. Allowing everyone their voice again. Never will I buy GM products again though.

Bought a car from them and the next day the check engine light came on,and I heard popping every time I turned my wheel. Took it back the next day and they basically didn’t do anything but test drove my car. He saw the check engine light was on, heard the popping noise. He tried to tell me my check engine light coming on was something minor. Like I’m d*** af or something! Not knowing I already had took my car to get checked out as soon as my check engine light came on. I need a Catalytic converter! I will never purchase a car from them again. A bunch of crooks if u ask me.

KYLE is a real joke. This place is a real joke. KYLE texted me some pictures of a Mazda RX8 he had for sale. I asked if I could put a deposit on the car to fly down to come see it since i'm from Los Angeles. He goes to his boss and comes back saying I had to put a 2000$ deposit down and I had a week to come see the car. A little later during the day, I texted him saying I was ready to put the deposit down. Then he stops replying. I texted again, nothing. I then called the "New cars sales manager" RON or something?! Jesus... he should be the one brooming the showroom more than being the "manager"... He tells me "Nah, we're not gonna take a deposit on this car since we got 80 calls a day for it". I then tell him I would fly from LA to come see it and bring it to a Mazda dealership for a full pre-purchase inspection. I would need to put a deposit on the car to make sure it's still there as I fly there!!! He then replies that he didn't even want me to take the car to a Mazda garage to get it inspected because the car "wouldn't be on the lot during the inspection and someone could have bought it during that time?!?!?!". WHATTTT??? What kind of excuse is this? What kind of dealership is this?! Not wanting a customer to take the car to a garage for inspection...?! Not willing to take a 2000$ deposit as I FLY to go see the car??? OVERALL REVIEW: KYLE is very unprofessionnal and stopped replying to me because he didn't have the balls to tell me his boss didn't want to do the deposit anymore. (What wonderful service!!!) RON is rude and is a total clown. This dealership and it's employees sound shady and dishonest. STAY AWAY.

Highly recommend scheduling service appointments with Kevin, not Fred. Every service experience I've had with Fred over the last 6 years has been awful. Upon picking my truck up yesterday I was told the fuel pressure sensor wasn't replaced as expected. Fred had the nerve to ask who I discussed replacing the sensor with, stating he had no idea what I was talking about, yet I discussed it with HIM over the phone and my husband also discussed it with HIM upon dropping the truck off. He was unwilling to resolve the situation, telling us "there's nothing I can do about it now". I now have to waste another day having another dealership determine if it was or wasn't repaired properly because despite him insisting it wasn't replaced the CEL is now off - it makes no sense. I won't do business with Jack Schmitt again solely because of repeated poor service experiences I've had with Fred.

I made arrangement to drop my car off and be picked up to have my car serviced. I left the car there Thursday til Monday. Again I made arrangement to be dropped off when I picked up my car the receipt stated everything test ok. Soon as I got onto the highway I could tell my car was not fixed. I call back Jeff asked if I could have it back the next day. So I now took the next day off work and sat at the dealership for roughly 3 hours to have the same issue addressed that I dropped it off in the first place. So not only did I paid a couple hundred dollars for service I lost a days worth of pay. I think they might want to do a better job of inspecting their repairs.

We had a great experience here! We drove around 400 miles to buy a vehicle from them and would do it all over again. We looked at multiple dealerships in our local area and never received decent service. We arrived 20 minutes before the dealership opened and still had multiple people ask to help us! They were all so friendly and helpful.
