As car salesmen you will not find a finer one than Billy Griffith. Today I picked up a car for my daughter and had a seamless experience. I have bought a lot of cars. I’ve never felt obligated more than to tell people about the experience and how well care for Billy made myself and my wife feel. Billy and the staff at Federico were absolute class acts. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Had a great experience buying a new (to me) truck here! Billy was awesome in showing me a bunch of different trucks and options and making sure I had the right info to make an informed decision. We were very happy with our experience at Federico Jeep in Wood-river Il. Sheryl our sales person was wonderful and walk us though whole process. Keith in financing was great too. No high pressure. And they gave me a very good trade in on my vehicle. I would highly recommend them. My daughter and my sister also bought vehicles from them and were very happy as well. ??

Tony Hume was very professional and showed me the Carfax and some minor issues with a 20 year old vehicle. Great Jeep for the family. After making the deal, we got the finances taken care of in just a few minutes, while they got my new to me Jeep ready. Looks good in my driveway!

My husband and I are pleased with the sales service at Federico. I am extremely picky when it comes to salespeople and I have never just left this dealership like many others. If you need a place that will work with you, that’s personable without being pushy or degrading this is the spot.
We have purchased 3 new/2 used vehicles from here and never left feeling jaded or unhappy.
Tony was great to deal with the last 2 times, we loved Larry (retired) too.
I will not lie, the service department was supposed to reach out after our purchase, we gave them a week before reaching out to Tony to let him know they never called. It then still took them a few more days to call. I’m hoping this isn’t the norm for everyone and they were just overwhelmed.
