HORRIBLE service department!!!! We made a appointment weeks ago to get a key fob programmed to only go up there and say we had no appointment! The lady in the service dept had Horrible customer service. She was SO RUDE! Than after all that.. they tried to quote us way higher than they did on the phone! We will NEVER come here again!!

I have purchased 7 vehicles from Federico in total. The last three came from Tony. He's a great person to deal with. ZERO pressure. VERY knowledgeable and NOT a "typical car salesman". He provides the facts and let's you decide. I'm a Federico/Tony fan for life!!! Hopefully car #8 will be in my future soon and I know that Tony and Federico will always be on my side. They CARE about making their customers into friends.

I was looking for a midsized SUV and was not finding what I felt comfortable with, so IGave Billy a list of options and he found the perfect SUV for me! I highly recommend Billy if you are looking for a vehicle! He was great, in fact this was the 2nd car I've bought from him at Frederico, and I wouldn't hesitate to go back again!

Made an appointment for my 2005 Dodge Ram truck for the air-conditioning along with some recalls. Was told the diagnostic fee for the ac was $175 when speaking to a service associate. Took my truck in and they called around 6 hours later said the truck was done and that the diagnoses was a sticking door. I asked which door and they said they didn't know because they didn't have the parts to fix it and didn't open it up. So I went to pick up my truck and asked to speak to a service manager, after waiting an hour the service manager comes in with the service associate and ask what the issue is. I tell him I am having a hard time wanting to pay the diagnostic fee because they didn't really diagnose my issue instead just guessed it was a sticking door. He then said to me "the diagnoses fee is actually $175/hr and I can keep going if you want to get a more specific answer but they will probably break stuff since it's such an old truck." Needless to say I would steer clear of getting service done here because they are not upfront about fees, don't actually diagnose the issue, expect to be paid for guess work, and will "break stuff" because they don't know how to work on older vehicles.
