They delivered the flowers July 11 but quickly called to apologize and still sent out another bouquet in July 19th. This shows me that they truly care about their customers and take accountability for a mistake no matter how small. Both bouquets were so so beautiful. Well with the money and I will use Jeffrey’s flowers again in the future. Amazing company, customer service and flowers !”
