Very nice & knowledgeable staff. They get my banking needs taken care of in a respectable time frame so I can get back to the office & handle business. They are human & made a couple mistakes (not often & over years of dealing with them) but have corrected them immediately.

I have been using this branch for about 4 years now. Everyone is very friendly, they listen to what I'm needing done, and do their best to accommodate. I have banked with Regions for over 30 years, and been to several other branches, but this branch is my #1 pick.

Absolute worst bank I have ever had nothing but problems with random charges coming through my account of stuff I have never even heard of get the run around every single time I try to close these accounts!

You would not believe the massive amount of problems that I've had with this branch. They are zero help in resolving issues. I have to call the 800 # and have them resolve any issues. So much so that when I sit down with my personal banker to resolve an issue in person, we just end up calling the 800 # together in their office/cubicle. I really believe that this Bank could be replaced by a few ATMs in the area and just putting all the employee pay and overhead money into making sure the 800 # is always available to resolve issues because they are the ones doing all the work right now anyway.

Bank teller decided to park in the turn in lane today, not sure why but she wouldn't move. There was no work being done on the lot that was visible. She just looked in the mirror and said I'm not moving. It was about 8:15 and the bank was closed and not opening till 9 so I'm not sure why she'd be there 45 minutes early and blocking any lane. It was incredibly rude as well as unnecessary.

Bank is trash. Closed my account w/o telling me. Before all if this I tried to send a Zelle for $1 just to see if it worked. That one went through, so I send another one for $175 it also went through. After that they took away my Zell feature then a few days later Closed my account and sent me a cashiers check w/o contacting me. Now I'm calling trying to see why they closed it 7 different people I've talked to today and no one can tell me anything customer service must NOT be in their training regiment

Very rude teller!She wouldn’t cash my check at 4:40pm because they was closing at 5:00pm she said she didn’t have time to cash it! BEYOND LAZY And VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Took my grandma through the drive through to cash a check and withdraw money out of her account. My grandma is almost completely blind and can’t drive anymore so I help her out by taking her to run errands all the time. The lady at the window, Karen, was so rude to me. She asked what she can help us with and I start to explain what my grandma wanted and she put her hand up and interrupted me saying she wasn’t talking to me. My grandma leaned over the best she could and said she wanted the check cashed but forgot to mention the withdrawal. Before I could say anything to Karen bout that, she quickly walked away and never gave me or my grandma the chance to ask for the withdrawal. I’m not one to typically get enraged. I have worked with the public for several years I understand things happen but to be that blatantly rude to your customers infuriated me. She’s a prime example why “being a Karen” is a stereotype in our society now.

They use overdraft fees to steal your money. I've been a long time customer and they use to work with you on overdraft fees . Now it's 2 freaking bad. And they will refund my money one way or another

My parents have had an account at Regions since like 1985 probably when the bank switched over from Illinois State Bank. I cringe every time I have to go there for them. I have a durable power of attorney which means I can totally act on their behalf. I have never in my life been treated so rudely!!!!!! I am filing a complaint and going over the branch manager because this has happened several times. The teller would not tell me her name. She refused service, and I needed to make a transaction. My mother was even with me. She could not believe it. Needless-to -say, this account eventually will be closed and everything transferred to another local bank/credit union. I don’t want anyone to loose their job, but in my opinion she should be given a written warning. I am checking with the attorney to see what can be done. I even told the girl that I was sick with allergies and a sinuses which she could clearly tell, and she continued to harass me. Now I have to leave work early to get there before 5 pm. She has caused me a lot of unnecessary stress.

Michele, the manager at this bank location is great. She has established a professional and comfortable banking environment. Have been with Regions over 15 years We miss her since we moved to another state.

Let me explain first my mom has a account at this location. She is handicapp and not always able to get out of the house. So she wrote a check out to me in my name give that and my i.d to teller. We are in drive thru for over 30 minutes. First she comes back and says do you have a account? I explained the situation then she comes back and tells me she can't cash because my license is expired. We are in a pandemic the dmv is closed I ex0lain this to her also. She then says one second. They call my mom to verify she wrote the check. All of this is in steps and is taking well over 30 minutes. I have never been treated so bad at a bank and made to feel like I'm a thief. Lets just say I have two accounts with two separate banks. I would never have a account at this establishment. I would not want my friends or family ridiculed the way I was made to feel!
