The gentleman that typically greets customers entering the business (thick black framed glasses, older) was incredibly rude to our bridal party of 5 full sets and 1 pedicure that made a reservation in advanced for Friday 9/12/2025 at 2:45pm. Our first bridal party member didn’t even get seated until 3pm, he was argumentative about a color change, he was argumentative about how many were in our party, he continuously skipped over our party members and called back other customers - we were just there to get a simple nude almond set each. He yelled at us about asking to change the color, we only asked 1 time. He yelled at me saying that I didn’t have the number of the party right and that we only reserved 4 sets and not 5…we called in advanced to avoid any confusion. Completely unprofessional, pushy, and hateful.
