This bank has the worst customer service ever. Every Friday I am forced to go here to cash my paycheck because my employer banks here and my bank won’t cash their checks. Every single Friday it takes over 20 minutes for my check to be approved to get cashed!! It’s the most ridiculous process, policy, whatever is holding these girls back from cashing a check FROM their account holder is nuts! I dread coming here every week!

By far the worst customer service at any WoodForest location I’ve visited. There was no problem depositing money into the account but have to jump through hoops for a withdrawal!!Visit another location if you can!

Black lady there is rude and told me to ask amazon and not the bank, even though I know how all this works... unreal.. hate your job so bad , find another.!!!!

Absolutely terrible customer service always only 2 people working there, and doesn't seem to matter when you show up if there's 1 person in front of you expect at least a 10 minute wait.

If only I could give zero stars. Worst banking experience ever. Their fees are outrageous!! Do not bank here, so many other banks are better. And the online bill pay is terrible also.

Set my account up yesterday. Charged $15 for a card to pay my bills with that doesn't even work. I will be banking elsewhere due to their negligence that locked me out of my paycheck through this weekend.

This is the worst bank ever I went to get a money order took me 30 min cause this lady was asking me all type of info just for a money order and She had a attitude I will never come here again I was better off going to a check cashing place

Another banking institution withdrew money out of my account in error which resulted in my woodforest account being overdrawn. Then when the other facility wired the money back to my account, woodforest charged me $20. So the banking error cost me an overdraft fee and a fee to fix their mistake. When I called woodforest to ask about it, they weren't interested in waiving any fee's. I will be closing my accounts very soon

I previously had an account with this Bank. The ONLY reason why I don’t now is I like having a bank IN my STATE.... that being said, I called today to ask about the “stimulus check “ .... I had closed my account. They got the check, reopened the account and sent me an email!!! Thank You Woodforest!
