This shop, by far, has the most friendly and helpful staff that I have ever come across. I could go on and on about how fast they serviced my car in an emergency, let me borrow their vehicle to get food, or explained exactly what the problem was, but I’d be here all day. 10/10 recommend for you, your family, and friends.

August 2025 - On the road from Wisconsin to Georgia, noticed car has starting issue. Parker Automotive honestly took care of us like no other; diagnosis and replaced the battery, gave us ride to and from the hotel. We greatly appreciated everything they did.

I want to think the fine gentlemen over at Parker automotive for helping me today. In spite of my best efforts to tear it up, they were able to get my work van back on the road in record time, at an affordable price. I think they are an asset to Mt. Vernon, and it was a privilege to cross their path today.
