Loan sharks! Don’t take the time to explain anything just all about money which can be more understood if they just actually have a conversation but they don’t and their attitudes sucks especially the manager Linda in woodridge location

Been with this credit union for over 20 years but today I finally hit my limit.Time to look for a somewhere new that actually cares about the relationships they built over the 20 years.Not sure if management has changed but i feel they are on the wrong path and have been for a few years.Suggest you avoid and look for other options. There are many banks / credit unions out there who will treat you with respect and dignity after being with them for so many years.

I banked with them for 28 years. First Argonne Credit Union and now Abri Credit Union. Never had a problem. Prompt service. Will continue banking with them even though I now stay 2 hours away.

The Teller service is terrible. They make up rules for certain people. Beware don't think you want to put your money here.

Love the Woodridge branch of the Abri Credit Union. Jonathan and Roberta are excellent, efficient, and friendly tellers. We have been with this Credit Union and plan to stay with them for a long time. You only need to keep $5 in your savings and you get a checking account with no monthly fees!!

Very disappointed, went in expecting to get real help, ended up dealing with someone who was clueless and fumbling through information that was right in front of her. Turned out it was the manager of this credit union, Linda. I learned that if I ever need something i'll take the long trip and go to the Romeoville location. Avoid this branch.

Until today I have been a customer for 34 years. There service has slowly gotten worse n worse over the years (I think due to new corp policies and high turn over rate) but today was the last straw. They would not let me deposit a corp check for $10 that was signed over to me while I had that person who's check it originally was, with me with ID in hand. And they tried to tell me it's never been allowed. I explained to them that I have done it through them dozens of times in the last 22 yrs. Still refused to deposit a $10 check for me. This is how they treat a customer of over 30 years. Good bye n good riddance!
