“Great products for a much lower price than your go to store (aka home depot/menards...blah) this will be the go to from now on!! Oh ya, great, welcoming employees tops it off!”
“Put in a request for a quote for some stone for a projectat the house. Kacper got back to me with thatt quote which was almost HALF the price I was quoted from another supplier. I responded with some questions on other materials and delivery vs pick-up. He called and went over options that would be best. I will definitely be using them again for future projects.”
“They're waaay in the back of the property and only have a tiny sign on the fence out front. When you see the tanker trucks you'll know you're there. They have a few delivery trucks of their own. Loading area gets pretty tight when they get back from their runs, so try to get in before 1pm. It's a long walk from the sales office up front to the shipping office in the back.”
“This store has the best CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve ever seen in a retail establishment. Therein is why they will continue to get my shopping $$$ FIRST. FIVE(5) STARS. ... wherever that goes.”
“Isaac at Home Depot is an absolute rockstar! With 13 years at the company, his expertise and customer-first attitude truly shine. Despite system glitches, Isaac found a workaround to help us with our rental issue, even securing an extra day for reimbursement when our rental broke and we had to re-rent. His problem-solving and genuine care made all the difference, ensuring our project stayed on track. This was a masterclass in customer service—Isaac went above and beyond, never assuming we were trying to take advantage but instead focusing on our success. Highly recommend!”
“I am contacting you in regards to your store in Dunnellon Florida. You have two young men,in your employ, Aaron and August, who both made my experience, as wonderful as I could imagine. Both were extremely professional, knowledge, kind and sensitive. I am 74 and have been in business for a very long time these are the type of men I would have definitely had in my employment. ACE of Dunnellon is very very lucky to have them. Thank you.?”
