Very efficient and prompt appointment scheduling, procedure and results. This is the way all phone, computer, internet appointments should go. The facility was safe, clean and efficient for testing. Thanks CVS.

Don't go to the minute clinic there, they won't give you any help.They only care about your insurance and money, They don't really treat patients.

I came in to pick up my UPS package that was delivered here. I Walked in and a lady working there with dark skin, curly hair and glasses right off the bat asked me "what do you need" in a very rude manner. I told her I was here to pick up my package and she said "it's not here" and went right back to what she was doing. Didn't even wanna check for my package or anything so I just stood there waiting looking at her for about 2 minutes. Then she finally went to look with a sigh of agitation and attitude. Turns out my package was actually here she was just too lazy to go check.

What a horrendous and humiliating experience. I took my elderly father to this location to purchase a few toiletries. He found two items and made hIs way to the checkout counter where he stumbled a bit. To regain his balance he set his items on the counter next to a customer checking out. The cashier, loud enough for people in the back of the to hear, yelled at him for 'getting too close' to the register. He is visibly hunched over. He was out of breath. He was using the counter for balance. She did not ask him if he was alright. She did not address him in a polite or welcoming tone - she SCOLDED him and continued to do so until her customer left and the entire time she rang us up. She didn't take a breath and it seems she must have done this to others by how well rehearsed her tirade was. Is this what CVS stands for?? Elderly abuse...lecturing customers when they did nothing wrong? There was no sign saying he couldn't do this. On top of that she refused to take my CVS card and made what sounded like a rude comment under her breath as we left. Please - think about how inappropriate this behavior was before you patronize this location and company.

Love the store. It is usually well stocked and has courteous employees. The minute clinic not so much. I would save your money and go to an actual physician. CVS sends your lab specimens out to Quest diagnostics who charges an outrageous amount for the tests. They also perform unnecessary tests to inflate your bill. Lastly, They do not provide enough antibiotics to actually cure you which means that you have to spend additional money to be seen again.

The store manager is a bi**** and a big a** kisser. She's the worst store manager, really don't know much but kisses a** to please some customers and employees. Have been a witness. It's just receiving a paycheck working for CVS, nothing is considered great for anyone for this company (very low pay) and worst management. Pharmacists get the most pay and employees are stacked with the lowest pay due to coupons been allowed for almost everything in the store. Only recommend as a first job or last resort. Also, don't ever work with such a manager currently in the store. Not a good company to work for the longest. Always new people in and out. No personal life for senior management. Store opens all year round with no good pay for employees. Run from CVS! You can't get anything out of CVS without a great team to work with and good pay for people to stay. Retention rate is at the lowest! Don't waste your time!
