They have all the same number, so you cannot call and specifically speak to a facility. So when I called this morning about an office having a lab and if I needed an appointment- they said nope all good. They were terribly wrong so my son was all worked up for nothing. So the amount that duly has gone down hill is wild. Sounds like everyone there needs new training on information they’re giving out.

I’ve been a Patient of Duly for many many years. Same for my entire family. Probably met every Physician Specialty there is. Treated like Family when you walk in the door. I have never experienced a negative occurrence. I highly recommend this entire facility.Bea Zahn

Lab does close 1 hour for lunch. When i got there at 12, it is closed. Website should change the time correctly so people can plan accordingly.

I am offered a PT for my tight Right shoulder since my ex husband squeezed it in 2003. A time passing, getting old, it was bothering more often. But sometimes PT's teaching. also cause pain, I stopped going to PT from 2019. However, Ruth's accurate diagnosis & treatment helped me a lot ! So unusually I leave a review with 5 stars !!! Thank you Ruth ! See you again !

Do not go there. If you don’t want to be over charged or double charged for your doctor’s visit, do not use this medical group. My husband was charged for two office visits (annual and regular) for his One Annual doctor’s visit with the comment he talked to the doctor about his health problems.They charged me two regular office visit for two, over the phone -10 minutes conversations, due to a covid procedure.So disappointed.
