“On 6/25/26, I stopped into uBreakiFix in Naperville because my Samsung S26 Ultra wasn’t displaying colors correctly. Casey quickly diagnosed the issue and discovered it wasn’t a hardware problem at all, but a misconfigured setting in the Vision Enhancement menu. He corrected it on the spot.Casey was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.

“Great experience all around, I needed a specific battery and the man behind the counter was willing to open up a new box to test if it fit, and when it didnt he set up an order directly to my house which arrived in 2 days and emailed me a tracking number. He also fixed my phone's charging port by cleaning the lint out of it for free. I was thinking I might have to get a new phone soon but he may have saved me a couple more years on that.”

“The company did an excellent job refurbishing my furnace control panel. It’s an old unit that’s no longer made, and HVAC technicians were quoting $30K for a full replacement. My neighbor—an HVAC student—took a look and spotted that the control board was burned out on the back. I found Major online, and the rest is history. My furnace is running great again. The “old girl” still has plenty of life left in her. I guess they don’t build them like they used to. Thank you a million times, Majer!”

They do excellent work and maintain communication about the status of a repair all the way thru the process. Great people that do really great work!”
