Worse bank ever . I have a checking and savings account that had a lien placed on it by Illinois child support , which is fine. the bank never notified me of this . I signed off to surrender the money to the state but the bank is still holding on to the money and has no explanation as to where it is, they have not surrendered the 2000 dollars . no one will tell where the money is.

I HAVE AH SAVING ACCOUNT WITH THIS BANK AND I HONESTLY FELT LOW AFTER I LEFT ONE OF THE WORKER SPOKE ALL MY BUSINESS OUT LOUDS UNTIL THW POINT EVERY ONE IN THE BANK KNOW HOW MUCH I HAD IN MY ACCOUNT I FELT BECAUSE I WAS BLACK I WAS LOOK DOWN ON FOR NOT HAVING AN LARGE AMOUNT IN MY ACCOUNT HE HAD TO CALL COSTUMER SERVICE TO RESOLVE AN PROBLEM BUT HE TOLD ME “ IF U HAVE TO TALK TO THEM ON MY PHONE IM GOING TO DISCONNECT THE CALL BECAUSE I DONT WANT YOU TOUCHING MY PHONE “ BASICALLY I WOULD NEVER BANK WITH FIFTH THRID DO BUSINESS WITH THEM THEY ARE NOT FOR MINORITIES

Used to bank here all the time because it was close to my home. And used to be the best. But recently employees and manager have poor service and appear to not wanting be there. They don’t help, they never answer your questions, and give you bad vibes. It’s just a bad bank.

atm here definitely belongs in a junkyard it never works and it always has something wrong with it or is under maintenance and will almost never have the take cash out working and doesn’t know how to read money and refuses to give it back saying it was due to a technical problem and just gives me a receipt. WHEN IS THERE NOT A TECHNICAL PROBLEM WITH THIS PIECE OF SCRAP METAL!?!? Called them about the money I deposited that I didn’t get back and they said it should be in the next day I never got my money back. THIS IS HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!!! Definitely switching banks

Hello, my husband and I own several businesses in the Bolingbrook area. We were hoping to open another account and will not with this bank. We literally just left this bank. I have to say I had not felt this type of negative environment in at least a month. Just when you think we are as scripture says created equal, someone reminds you in their own way we are not. This bank needs a diverse culture to serve several types of people. We were not treated with honesty or fairly but taken through the process to discourage us. My hope is that they learn that there are several types of people with money and not just the Caucasian culture. I felt sad, knowing this still goes on. We are all looking to be served honestly and fairly. What was done in the past should not be done in the future. We know better. It's on us to do better. WE MUST DO BETTER. I'm praying you guys learn. God bless you all to find a way. Praying for better.

I've been banking here for years, just wanted to say that the bankers here are wonderful. Tracey has always helped me, she's quick, friendly and goes above and beyond. Peter is always great too! Peter was extremely helpful in setting me up with the right option for me, and offers very honest and helpful advice. I always love coming to this location as those who work here treat you with kindness. When I use the drive thru with my dog in the car, he usually gets a little dog treat too which just makes our day. I do all of my banking here, loan, credit card, savings and checking. The checking account has been the best I have had, the direct deposits are super fast and the app is very user friendly. 100% recommend 5/3rd and this location in particular. Thanks guys!!!

ATM stole my card then my money after waiting and went in. David at the desk said he would not return the money and destroy the card since it was chase. This has been going on for a while now yet they have no sign warning potential victims. Luckily I caught 2 people in time and prevented them from getting they're money stolen too. I recommend switching to chase since they not only understood it was your money stored in they're bank and that your bank card is your property but the issuesed was resolved quicker on hold on the phone then trying to comprehend why a bank was too broke to pay out they're customer. They're probably committing fraud or something

All the times I went to this location I found the service unhelpful. I had to order a new debit card too because the machine crashed and ate my card. If you need to do business with 5/3 I strongly recommend going to the 2353 63rd street location
