Brian and the whole team at Cherry Creek Mortgage are very efficient and professional. As a first time homebuyer, I was experiencing much nervousness because becoming a homeowner was a huge goal of mine. However, Brian and his team made the process seamless! Brian gave me his word that he would do everything he could to get me in a home and he kept his word. I have been through 6 other mortgage company’s and although they were all professional, only Brian and the team at Cherry Creek could follow through and seal the deal. I am recommending all my friends to this company. They truly went the extra mile for me and I’m forever grateful!

I have worked with Brian for both my initial home purchase and subsequent refinance. Brian is very knowledgeable in his field in that before I can finish asking a question he is providing the answer! It is a pleasure working with both him and his team; they are personable and professional and that takes out a lot of the anxiety when applying for a mortgage. My thoughts on Brian and his team over at Cherry Creek Mortgage Company is this! I encountered Brian almost 14 years ago, my thoughts of him at the time was that this guy is a true professional! Even though I wasn’t ready to purchase at the time, he took the necessary steps to get me in a position to purchase at a later date. Meaning credit awareness ( how to build a better credit score and maintain it). He also showed me that being a renter wasn’t building me any future wealth. So now that brings me to present day. I reached out to Brian at the end of November 2021. I told him Brian I think I’m ready! He said give me 15 minutes, and within 13 minutes he came back with a pre approval! Once I found a home he told me that he would have me funded and closed within 30 days, and thank God I’m a home owner as of yesterday. I would like to thank Brian and his team for being courteous and true professionals, and also for making my dream of being a home owner a reality.
