Laser International was recommended to me by friends who recently moved to Spain. These are friends whose opinion I rely upon to be the best feedback possible. I have to say, I also used Laser International for my shipping needs and they were EXCELLENT in every way from beginning to end. They made a daunting task easy to handle; they were with me every step of the way which was priceless when it comes to such a big move! I have already shared their contact information and my excellent reviews of this company with many friends who will be using them as well. I am a person who pays very close attention to detail and they met my every criteria for a great company with hands-on owners, managers and employees who got the job done door-to-door with a smile, with efficiency ... all very much appreciated! Dustin was spectacular at every step of the way with our shipment from Texas to France.Communication was prompt and thorough. Movers arrived on time and were professional and diligent.Dustin's corresponding agent in Europe was very easy to work with as well.Everything arrived on time and in the exact condition that it was packed in.However the price relates to other services, Laser is worth every penny. There's huge potential for things to go awry with such a complex process, but Dustin helped us anticipate and avoid any snags.Can't recommend Dustin and Laser enough.

Organized our moving from Texas to Germany all with them. Ryan from the beginning was very friendly and helpful answering all my questions with a huge patience. Our boxes were loaded by a crew that were also super friendly and wrapped really well. Was given 12 weeks for delivery however it was delivered much sooner (~9 weeks). Would use them again if I ever need.

I worked with Laser International to move 30 boxes from Chicago, IL to Bath, England. The whole process was straightforward and easy to understand. It took about 6 weeks for my boxes to arrive which is a lot sooner than I expected! Adam was communicative and answered all my questions quickly. Laser International made my move simple.

Brian was an incredible steward for our belongings from NYC to Amsterdam. His kind consideration for us throughout our move really made all the difference. He was available at all times, gave me his cell # if I had any questions, was willing to be flexible and give me 5+ different versions of the quote to help me get the best deal. Brian's general friendly calmness while explaining the process to me (an international move newb) made the whole experience very straightforward, and stress-free. Our belongings arrived early and were all in one piece - even some of the glass frames with artwork we shipped were pristine. I would definitely use them again. Thanks Brian and Laser!!!

I chose Laser International after researching several international moving companies because they had been in business for 27 years, had one of the highest ratings (4,8), acted very professionally when I contacted them, were competitively priced for door-to-door shipment, and offered single point contact at all times. They also offered one of the shortest transit times between the USA and the UK. I was not disappointed. They expertly and quickly packed my shipment and were very responsive to my requests on handling specific items. The door to door shipment took 4 days over 8 weeks, and they were very responsive and careful when unpacking. They removed all the packing material. The local UK crew went above and beyond expectations delivering some requested items to upstairs rooms that involved difficult lifts for them. At all times, Laser International and their designated pickup and delivery companies kept me informed of the immediate activities of the shipment and they handled all documentation seamlessly. I had single point contacts with Laser International and a managing representative of the local pick up and delivery companies. I am very happy with this very professional and honest company and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a USA to European household goods shipment.

I've searched a TON of moving companies to move my mom overseas when she wanted to retire and wow - Peter with Laser International Moving was far and away the more informed, logistically prepared, competitively priced, and highly responsive. I was initially nervous because they weren't in our state, but between reading other reviews, working and talking with Peter, and learning about the superior logistical operation both in the states and in Europe, it was a no-brainer. Everything moved on time and arrived for delivery as promised. Great crews on both sides of the ocean. This is a high recommend.

We used Laser to moved from the U.S. to Spain.I agree with what so many others have said about the professionalism, responsiveness, and efficiency of Laser International. Like others, I appreciated that they were not a "hard-sell" company - after I put out a request for bids, some companies bombarded me with texts, phone calls, and emails that got quite pushy. Adam, our contact as Laser, was lovely to deal with, very honest, forthcoming, and reassuring. He did a video tour of my house and came back quickly with a very reasonable quote (2 actually, based on different scenarios I was considering).When the moving team arrived, they went right to work packing up all our things and did so quickly, carefully, and efficiently. Everything arrived less than two months later in great condition. Their partner here in Spain was equally excellent to work with . I highly recommend Laser for any international move!

We contacted several companies about our move from USA to Scotland. Right from the start dealing with Laser made the whole process amazingly easy. Peter was friendly, knowledgeable and completely professional. Very patient and went that extra step to answer and advise on everything asked all through the entire process. Laser's associates on the UK side of things were also on the ball and kept us informed and helped us on everything. Everyone involved, from the guys who packed our stuff in the USA to those who unpacked and removed all the packing in Scotland could not have been better. Not one thing was damaged and that this was all done for around 50% less than some of the other quotes was just the icing on the cake.If you need to move from one country to another these guys are the ones to go for.

We came across Laser International while searching for companies to help us move from the US to Italy. Even as we were assessing pricing and policies Peter was always friendly, prepared, and patient in answering all the questions I had about my first continental move. Price was very competitive and in no way this came at the expense of quality of service: our stuff came within the planned timeframe (pick-up on July 14, delivered on October 5) and all the boxes were packed and unpacked efficiently. Everyone, including the contractors on both side of the Atlantic, was extremely professional and kept an open channel of periodic communication to inform me of the location/timeline of my container, and to provide useful logistical information to prepare for the move. The whole experience was so smooth and efficient, I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you Peter!

We made the move from Boston US to the UK and Dustin did a great job making it as smooth as possible. The packing of our goods was done efficiently and professionally by the Boston team and was delivered 10 weeks later to our address in the UK, with everything arriving undamaged, bar a couple of small scratches to picture frames (which you might expect).Mostly, I want to highlight Dustin's quick replies to all of our messages, which was just as fast after we paid as beforehand. The price was in line with other quotes we had received, but the communication and lack of pressure was greatly appreciated. Would definitely recommend.

Five stars all the way...In a World where good customer service is becoming a thing of the past but not in the case of Laser International. I contacted numerous companies regarding my move from Florida to Ireland and I found Laser to be the most professional and Eddie was outstanding from onset to completion, his diligence was amazing leaving no stone unturned. Job well done....I would highly recommend Laser to anyone for their moving and relocation needs. AAAAA+++++

We have moved around the globe often during the last 20 years. In this occasion, we moved from New Orleans to Barcelona. The process went smoothly and within the agreed terms in terms of timing and cost. No surprises which was common in previous experiences. Communication was always timely and accurate and people providing the service were always polite, very hardworking and careful. We are very pleased with the experience and we certainly recommend Laser International.

Laser Shipping was recommended to me by a colleague who had used them to move internationally, and he said that Laser offered the best rates and service, and I have to say I agree 100% with that assessment. Having utilized them for my own international move, my rep, Adam, was super responsive, informative no matter how many dumb or awesome questions I had, and never pushed any services on me that I didn't request. He was able to provide me with ballpark estimates in advance of getting the actual volume of my possessions, and as a result I was never surprised when the bill came due.Additionally, there's always two parts to the movie -- the shipping, and the arrival. The moving company that arrived at my apartment to pack up all my stuff (Laser provides full service packing through a local, reliable vendor) and they were thorough and fast. It would have taken me a month to pack all my stuff up. The movers who arrived (and bubble wrapped the heck out of everything) did it in a day, around 10-11 hours as I have a lot of stuff, like collectibles that needed careful packing. These guys were great.On the other side of the world, their local partners did a fantastic job bringing everything into my apartment, and setting it down where I needed, and a lot of that stuff was heavy. In addition, the delivery team also provided me with cardboard box disposal and made multiple trips to my apartment to pick up and dispose of all of my boxes as fast as I was able to empty them.I consider this excellent, 360 degree service that could have been a nightmare, but was in all honest an excellent service from start to finish. See if you can say that about a simple international flight, without anything going wrong. This was a multi-faceted international move involving a 3/4 full 40' shipping container's worth of stuff, and yet it was a nearly flawless experience. Out of everything we moved, only a couple of picture frames ended up being cracked on the delivery end of the entire effort, and that's something I can certainly live with, all things considered.I highly recommend Laser International for service, prices, and professionalism. If I ever find myself moving internationally again, I will definitely seek out Laser again.
