Having a Double Masectomy within itself is a lot! To have someone (staff) who makes you feel reassured with yourself and your confidence is a winner in my eyes! They never made me feel I was being judged or frowned upon. Very empathetic. They have beautiful attire, wigs, comfortable prosthetics, etc. to choose from! “My Dad recently had to be transported from southern Illinois to Naperville. A 4 1/2 hour drive! Jason, was so very helpful. He called me several times the day of the move to let me know of problems with the facility Dad was leaving. He was also kind enough to keep me in touch with how the trip was going. Upon arrival, I met the driver, Monique. She was kind and professional. My Dad was so happy with her, he asked me several times if I had given her a good tip. He told me that she was a "heck of a good driver" several times. He's 89 and probably talked nonstop. She did everything in her power to make him as comfortable as he could be. Professional, good driver, caring and kind people! Highly recommend this service!”
“At first they were okay. Brought me an old portable home concentrator and some tanks and some tubing. Tech that brought it seemed competent enough and told me my portable oxygen machine would be delivered in about a month. That was six months ago. Every time I call I get the same story about how in demand they are and how short the supply is. Can’t give me an idea of when they might come in. Now they don’t take my calls. They never once called to see if things were going okay or if I needed supplies. Dose anyone knows another company I can switch to???Someone called me the day after I wrote this review and said someone would bring me a portable oxygen concentrator the next day. Joel came the next day and was very polite and very knowledgeable. He explained everything to me and showed me how to use the backup tanks. I am very pleased and breathing happy!!!”
