He was receptive to my instructions over the phone as he was driving the truck, and arrived to the appointment on time. They moved out the items quickly and the entire process took about 10 minutes. He is an experienced installer, professional, knowledgeable, thorough and polite. A very skilled installation professional. (He pointed out how my old microwave had been incorrectly installed as well!) He carted away the old machine and left the place clean and tidy. I will definitely purchase appliances from Costco when possible in the future and I hope Transmotion will install them.”
