I had appointment at 9.10am i was there at 9.20 am due to traffic issue when i get there no patient there till 9.35am employee was seating and talking and they told me to make an appointment which was available 10.20am.
i have to wait there till 10.20am they did not took me as stand by

I just walked in without an appointment and was still taken care of immediately. The staff there is kind and efficient - they made my day as I was in and out within 10 minutes. Give them raises!
