The process could be easier to schedule an appointment upfront. It is all automated with a lot of information that is not relative. However, the service and people at the location were great. Jasmine was friendly, quick and I was in/out in no time

They say walk in is fine, but the staff refuses to service walk in patients. We waited for over an hour when clearly they had no one in the office. They just would not even come out to acknowledge. It is ridiculous!

Came in at 7am no appt. Was told as a walk in I would have to wait for other patients. There was one patient in front of me. They went I. Then for an hour I was the only one in the lobby and no one even came up to me. One hour 10 mins later someone else came in and they took them in immediately. This sort of laziness is surreal. No one would even acknowledge I was there. I never made an appt prior over the last 7 years and this was never the case. Not sure if this new batch of single moms working here is just lower quality then the previous one.

My tech was super sweet! She was very patient and gentle. As I sat in the lobby (not feeling the best) I could hear the two ladies working. I couldn’t help but smile because I could over hear them chatting and giggling as they worked. It was refreshing to hear them getting along and enjoying what they do. The one gal was telling the other “if you get to busy please let me know” now days it’s not easy finding sweet people that are good at the job, enjoy their jobs and care like these ladies do. Shine bright ladies!

Love this place. I'm in and out quickly. The tech knows their stuff and the process was painless. They're extremely friendly and professional. And I always go here for my lab needs. But one day. I inadvertently put my id and insurance in my pocket while admiring one of the techs hair style. I came back a few hours later and she swore she gave it to me..... I was all confused and was like it's not in my wallet... Then something said check my coat inside pocket... And yes behold, it was my ID and Insurance... We laughed so hard. My goofy self done paid for. Ride back for nothing.... It was so funny. And when I see her. She remembers and laughs. I like that I can brighten up someone's day. So yeah this place is cleaned in between patients and it's very neat. You can get email alerts of your results if you register for an account online.... #wayofcassandra

Many people with appointments waiting for over 30 minutes. Wasn't open. Got a text message about closure today 45 minutes after my appointment time. This place deserves a minus 5 stars.

The staff was very very rude that’s all I am gonna say. They didn’t even have the decency to at least give me right information or directions on where to go or what to do. I waited an hour to see a doctor but they never saw me before the place closed.

Staffs were rude. Ridiculously not accepting my lab sample (which I followed my doctor's instructions to collect.) They trashed my sample and blamed me waste their resources. Not a pleasant experience. Be aware of this location.
