Vince P. is a great employee you have there. He remembers a lot of the regulars, remembers that I like paper instead of plastic bags, is very efficient and careful when he checks out my groceries. He is a great asset to your location. ? Good employees like him make customers choose your grocery store over others in the area.

The Osco Pharmacy has lazy pharmacists "working" there. No signs posted on giving out flu shots - went twice and both times they were short staffed and couldnt' give them out and it was after 6. Went across the street to Walgreens and they give shots until 30 minutes before closing. Maybe you should hire new pharmacy people that actually want to work
