The mechanic found a screw, removed it, patched it, and sent me on my way at no charge. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

“I had a rattle under my truck which I was 99% sure of what it was. I had major oral surgery when the rattle occurred and wasn’t supposed to be bending or doing anything physical, but a week after surgery I climbed under my truck part way and found the culprit of the rattling I was sure. I went in to Mike More Miles in Naperville bc it is right by my house and I read a lot of wonderful reviews. When I walked in Curt greeted me and I told him the issue and he had the team pull my truck right in and check it out. I was right on the rattle and it was a quick fix and they fixed it right then and there for me. They then noticed my back brakes and rotors were completely shot which I knew needed to be replaced soon and they were able to schedule me to come back after picking my sons up from school and get them done and they did them in an hour. The price was very reasonable and the fact they could get them done that day was amazing. Definitely will be coming back when I need anything done on my truck. Would highly recommend them too. Great customer service!”

“Recently, I accidentally pulled off my gas cap cover on my car when it got stuck, I decided to stop at A-Z Auto Repair and talked to Robb Schultz the owner and told him about the problem with my car.
Although Robb was busy also dealing with other customers, he took the time to come outside to my car and manually got the gas cap cover on my car.I wanted to give Robb compensation,a little cash for his time.
He outright refused and asked me to bring in my car for any future service I needed.

“I recently went in for a tire rotation and oil change at my local Mazda dealer and they mentioned that I was leaking some transmission fluid. It was also on the driveway even though I was attempting to not look (haha) because I didn't want to deal with it. Luckily, after taking it to Supreme Auto, I feel much better. He mentioned that it was not a big deal at all and it's not anything we should be concerned about besides cleaning some things up and tightening some bolts. He didn't change anything for the diagnostic visit and simple repairs and we appreciated that he had the car back in the same day. We definitely brought a tip though to thank them for their hard work. If there ever is any issues with the transmission in the future, we'll certainly be back! Thank you Frank and the SAT team.”

(I had to do multiple days via my choice as it was the sole family vehicle. It would’ve been a much faster service if I didn’t take the car in between)
First time using this location. It was a newly bought used car that was basically a lemon. I was panicked and worried as it was all my little family has to get to school and doctors etc. they worked so fast and they were so kind.
They have a huge customer base that isn’t shown in the reviews. I was able to sit in the lobby for a while and everyone that entered was on a first name basis. Which shows a lot of loyalty. My car is now safe to drive my kid to school. So I’m very thankful! And will likely never use another auto service after coming here. I think I’ll stay.

Gary ran a simple diagnostic test for the battery and alternator and said it was simply a battery that needed replacing. Cost $265 plus tax installed. “Had an unexpected issue with my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT and the harmonic balancer falling apart on me. The team was able to get everything replaced and also changed the oil while they were at it at a very reasonable price. All of this within about 24 hours too which made me very happy as it is my only car currently. Very happy to have this shop close to the house and would recommend them to anyone!”

“From Michigan and van went dead Saturday night in Downer's Grove. Had to be towed initially to AAA service center and they couldn't work on it and suggested Multi State. Had towed there and Dan was outstanding to work with. They took a couple of days and found the root problem and repaired quickly at a very fair price. Highly recommend them as the first go to place for vehicle repairs and maintenance”
