I became old yesterday and it was glorious. I inherited some wood working equipment. I went into a place where older distinguished men can teach me about woodworking, equipment, and tools. Skills that took years, splinters, blood sweat and tears to acquire. This is not building a hot rod piece by piece. This is choosing stock, measuring and planning. Working on something day after day. This place is cool. Making your own furniture - way cool. Go check this place out.

The team is very knowledgeable. They even solved my broken hardware problem from photos on my phone. I have unique pie-cut hardware in my kitchen. They found the best replacement pieces and ordered them for me. Best place to start when you need to buy new cabinet hardware or replace broken hardware. They also have a lot of great items to start a woodworking hobby including classes.

One star is being beyond generous but it’s the lowest allowed. 10/29/2023 4:05-4:20pm CSTWalked into this establishment spent about 15 minutes walking from aisle to aisle looking for a piece to finish a project and not 1 of the 3 employees (3 men) in here acknowledged our presence or attempted to ask if we needed assistance. It wouldn’t have been that bad if I hadn’t witnessed them ask someone of a different race if they “needed help with anything” 10 seconds before I entered the same area. Even walking past the register which is literally in the center of the doorway 2 times did either employee ( 2 men standing at one computer together talking) ask us anything!I’m actually grateful we weren’t able to locate anything of use here, spending anything more outside of my time here would be a price too much to pay.Zero stars, would not recommend, the store is not that large nor too busy to be missed and not acknowledged. Do better!

Went here recently to purchase my new table saw and I liked the place a lot. Good assortment of bits, blades, etc, although they do not carry any sawstop parts which is a bit odd considering that they have the saws. The man that helped me was very helpful though, and i can tell he was very knowledgeable about the items.

HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! Went into store to purchase a $600 miter saw. Was told it was not in stock but could order online and I did. Needed to return. I tried to return and was told I would have to ship it back to the manufacturer and not only pay for shipping but also pay a 25% restock fee!!! (This would cost me almost $200) I told them I would take a store credit to still spend the money there and they said no. This is ridiculous! I could've ordered the same saw on Amazon with both free shipping and free returns! They don't tell you that the actual store and online site are individually owned!!!!! What a joke!!!!

It was my first time at woodcraft; I would highly recommend going! I normally go to rockler but, this was much better. They had soooo many different things to offer. Lots of kits/craft items were available. As well as professional products. Mike and Rich helped me while I was there. They provided excellent customer service. I was given a catalog + fliers. They both gave wonderful advise & were genuinely engaged. Overall a great experience & I will be retuning.

Felt like a kid in a candy store, very good prices and so many different kinds of exotic woods and cuts. I love the selection and the staff seem to know their stuff. Love this place!

This place is like a magic treasure box. So many amazing handtools, wood varieties, and stains. It is also just amazingly well lit, set up, and with a very knowledgeable and helpful staff who obviously know the woodworking world from experience. I am so happy to have discovered this place on my doorstep, and I will be making many return visits.

Wish it was closer to my house. I love browsing thru their store. I have lots of hobbies including wood turning, wood carving, knife sharpening and resin casting and I can always find something to impulse buy here:-). If you’re into the same then you’ll be like a kid in a candy store. Things are sort of pricey but they only sell good quality stuff for the most part. Been eyeing a Foredom flex shaft but it’s like $100 more here than Amazon. As much as I like supporting local businesses I just can’t seem to pull the trigger due to the almost $500 price tag. But I love this place and the staff are helpful. I like to visit at least once or twice a month.

I went to check out 5 minutes before closing, needed a carving knife out of the case (wasn’t even the last customer in the store) and the clerk CHECKED the CLOCK to decide if he wanted to let me spend money at the store where he worked before rolling his eyes and grudgingly opening the case. Did not return my parting salutation. Also, they don’t carry ANY SawStop parts despite being a dealer and the lumber supply is so-so. I guess I’m a Rockler customer now.
