As a first time customer, I ordered a blazer from All Seasons Uniform. The price was right and it arrived in excellent condition but I felt the fit wasn't right for me. I called customer service to get return instructions and actually got a person to help me! Nick provided me return instructions and took my order for a smaller size. The new order arrived in a few days and fit me perfectly. Great customer service from this company.

I waited a long time for my order, but I knew that going in since I was ordering a Camber product, and all seasons sent a detailed email following my order so that I knew what to expect. Even after that I contacted All Seasons customer service and I had a wonderful experience. Wish I could remember the mans name who helped me because he was so great. Thank you so much!

I ordered 4 jackets last Nov.9 but until now I did not receive my order. I sent emails to follow up but no reply. It's been 3 weeks and no tracking number provided. I hope I will hear anything from them.

We were looking for custom uniforms for our maintenance technicians and I'm so happy we found this company. John Paul responded quickly and worked with us to design the shirts and then set us 3 options for placement once the sew out was complete. Conducting business online/via email is tricky when trying to ensure the colors of your logo are duplicated well. All Seasons crew went above and beyond to help me with an embroidery that captures our logo perfectly! We are so excited to share the polos with our crew. JP and Leah were quick in their responses, honest in their answers, and fun in their communications. Highly recommend working with All Seasons for your next project.

Will NOT order from All Seasons Uniforms, Inc. again. I ordered sample shirts for sizing for our employees. I needed to order 40 shirts total. When I inquired about the return, there is a restocking fee and I would have to pay for the shipping back. I expect some costs in returning product but because of that policy and reading reviews about their terrible response in crediting back your account, I am now trying sample shirts from another company (for size for the guys) and will order from them instead.

TERRIBLE CUSTONER SERVICE!I purchased surgical caps from them May 8th of 2020. I was not informed on the website that these were on back order. They finally arrived 3 1/2 months later. When I called the company to return them because I no longer needed them it was explained to me that the manufacturer was not accepting returns due to Covid and that they would call me to let me know when they would be accepting these returns. Months went by and I had not heard anything, so I contacted them two more times (months apart) and was still told that they were not accepting returns and would contact me when they were. So I see these caps laying in my office today and decided to call and see if they would accept returns yet. I was told that I was sent a single EMAIL on September 2 of last year and since it had been so long they would not accept my return.REALLY???!!I’ve tried to return these for nearly TWO YEARS and contacted you MULTIPLE times and you send me ONE email that comes from a person’s name that I don’t know??Not an actual call like I was told I would receive.If you’d like to deal with a company with a normal return policy, definitely don’t deal with them!I know we had to make exceptions for YOU during Covid, but you’re not willing to make exceptions for your clients. Seems fair.

I ordered custom embroidered hats for our business, and everyone I encountered in the ordering and shipping process was incredibly responsive, helpful, and kind!
