Excellent customer service! We were there yesterday to activate 2 iPhones with AT&T Prepaid plans and bumped into a lot of issues during the process (porting from T-Mobile). Doug was awesome! Really patient, guided me through everything and got it done. Thank you!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wishing for negative stars. What a horrible place. I went in and asked to add a line of service with an existing phone. Tommy changed my plan with a long time State of Illinois discount without my permission; he added services without my permission, he told us the transfer of data would take “6” hours if we stayed in the store because the landlord controls the internet- WTH. I had to phone the real ATT to fix everything- took 2 hrs. When I phoned the store to complain- Danny the mgr defended his co-worker and told me I was mistaken- despite the fact that it was all in the computer. Steer clear- they are hustlers

Amazing phone buying experience! Shopped around 3 different stores and the Woodstock location had by far the most friendly staff. The manager was very helpful. From start to finish everything was beyond expectation.
